New Mexico

New Mexico! Worst experience ever. Had 1 year contract with quarterly maintenance that they never held to but billed monthly. When inquired about this, was transferred to supervisors who never answered and then when I tried to cancel was told I would have an early (by 2 months) termination fee, even though they missed two quarters of treatments on two homes, but still charged. They suck and their service sucks. Find somewhere anywhere else. Not worth the headache or rude and discourteous billing, supervising and customer service staff!

Didn't do the one thing I asked them to…

Didn't do the one thing I asked them to do, which was deal with ticks in my crawl space.

They also told me they offered termite inspections in my area as a separate package, only to be told they're not licensed well past the 3 day cool off period.

Very poor customer service who tries to stick to an obnoxious script.

Great technicians doing the great work, communication and technology are bad

Great technicians doing the great work! However...
The company seems to be on a quest to make it harder and harder to communicate with them:
- No workable email support (only by phone)
- No flexibility in scheduling (only plus/minus 2 days)
- They do not seem to read any optional comments, e.g. whether you happen to be away
- The website has been getting worse and worse in terms of accessibility, etc.
Recommend if you are a kind of "set and forget" person. Do not recommend until they enhance their technology and communication.

Technician either no shows or we are…

Technician either no shows or we are left until after 6pm with no phone calls or texts. They do not give a 4 hr window unless you push it, otherwise you wait and wait. Cancelled after the 3rd time.

Technicians are thorough

The technicians completed thoroughly all requested areas of concern. Their positive attitude is clear reflection of job satisfaction. My one complaint is your scheduling. Might try to narrow it down to 2 hours so an entire morning or afternoon isn't wasted away on waiting.

Since we started the service with Pest…

Great guy providing the service liked…

Great guy providing the service liked him a lot. However he didn’t close our yard gate when he left. I noticed it open this morning after his service yesterday evening. We have 3 large dogs and this could have led to something bad if they would have gotten out of the yard

First off…

First off…. AFTER they came out influx of bugs and fleas. Biggest joke ever! Do not recommend! Way to expensive in the first place and then to have a huge uptick in pests is ridiculous!
