Thank you Trustpilot for looking into this review I can assure you it is real and TRUE OF FACT Does that contravene rules that i want innocent customers not to go through the pain, inconvenience and financial hardship due to a company witholding our money

Scam company & Now BLACKMAIL !!!

Amazing how they only respond to positive comments and as one poster has noted. Ian (I am nobody). As no one in the company knows an Ian that works there
The Google reviews are more accurate
They have complained about my previous post, they say the truth hurts Two days ago, i had a converstaion with DAVE ??? unsure who really as when you phone back & ask for that person, no one knows who they are
He said he would return our £2.5k if we remove our reviews about them not providing the service they promised Definition - Fraud & Witholding funds that do not belong to Definition - Theft Under new management, not a chance Still the same scam artist.
And another day goes by. They could not find the tracking number for a cheque that has seemingly been sent, and now after assurances from David Thomas, even though again this afternoon some employees, (that term is very loose) do not know who he is So the reviews will keep being posted. Look North, The Argus & Telegraph & Rogue Traders are being kept up to date with these scam artists. And eventually, they have paid up after they tried to stop a cheque. Plus Bradford Trading Standards have already held a meeting with them.
If you still have money owing, keep on it !!

Very easy company to deal with happy with the windows would recommend

Having been very happy with this company from the initial outset from the very approachable sales team and surveyors and the fitters were excellent and did the work to a very high standard , we would most definitely use green measures again and have in fact placed another order for more work so thank you very much green measures

Lovely sales person come in and left me great price and also work was A-1 great work and sales staff

just had a cold call from this company Green Measures and when I asked who they were and where they were based said what do you want to know that for? I pointed out I don't know who they are and I don't deal with anyone on the phone unless I know who they are where their main place of business is and I told him I would check out reviews before dealing with any company. He was extremely abrupt and quite rude. If this is an indication of how they do business and without having anyone round to give me a quote I will say NO Thanks.

Recently had new front windows replaced, very pleased with work and pleasant fitters. Good job all round. Thanks

Andrew and Ali came to my house today to talk about changing my glass and I found them both very personable Andrew was. Wet knowledgable about the glass and so I ended up ordering the last 14 panels of glass having already had the company do 7 panes previously with which I was very happy

The price was good.When agreed to have the windows,the technician was quickly out to measure up. One week later the windows fitters installed them. No mess and soon did the work, I would definitely recommend them.

We had problems with door after fitting but the response was excellent and the problem fixed

Amazing experience with the company Green Measures! The windows and doors I’ve had fitted are great alongside the surveyors that came around to fit them. Would definitely recommend them if you have any home renovation projects lined up.

Company called me and I didn't recognise the number, I called back and when I found out who it was I asked to be removed from their calling list. The service operator said "you called us love can you take us off your calling list - bye" and hung up. Horrible customer service would never use them after this experience.

Green measures is without doubt the best Company I have ever used. There honesty and professionalism is amazing. All the team who I have either spoken to or who have visited my home have been brilliant. The knowledge of the product is outstanding. There understanding of individual needs by not over selling the product is a breath of fresh air. I have had the glass in my French doors replaced and will definitely be using this company again to replace the remaining glass in my house. By doing it one or two widows at a time means there isn’t a big bill at the end of it, this was there suggestion not mine! The prices are reasonable and the workmanship impeccable. I can not rate this company highly enough.

Just a warning to others and those especially with vulnerable family.

I am sick of companies preying on and scamming my elderly grandmother!!

Yesterday whilst I was visiting my gran a woman from this company called about my grans windows.

Now I heard my gran say several times to the woman no thank you I can’t afford it and won’t be able to anytime soon, the woman continued to pressure my gran into a visit from a salesman in the end after a 20 min conversation and several no’s later the woman bullied my gran into this visit.

Few hours later said salesman arrived.
He began the quote chatting the usual jibberish about why he works for that company and how long he’s worked there etc and why it’s so great. 2 hours later several prices for the glass for one window a massive reduction from £2500 then to £1200 then to £600 with just a £150 deposit.

This guy was told on a number of occasions by my gran that she could not afford it it wouldn’t be any time soon, she’s on a pension etc. He even tried to pressure me into paying for her.
He kept shrugging at her when she said she can’t afford it, and questioning how can she not accept at that price.

Now by this point I was getting cross in the end my gran folded at the 600 even though the window is in no state of disrepair so I stepped in and said we need 5 minutes to talk and asked him to step outside.

I hadn’t caught the companies name so I went out to ask him, he then proceeded to follow me in and up the pressure again, with a few clicks I found the reviews on trust pilot etc and told the guy absolutely no it’s not happening and that I’ve seen the reviews, he then continued to argue with me that even safestyle has bad reviews, in the end I lost my rag and said no I want you to leave.

He left shaking his head, he was so inappropriate throughout the quote and basically bullied my gran into it.

I just want to warn others because this is not the first time scammers like these have bullied my gran into buying things she does not need or want.

Also the company has changed its name many times in a few years which I found out later along with in detail reviews of them scamming and ripping off people.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. They sold my elderly parents windows they DID NOT NEED. Took a deposit. Said my parents had a 7 day cooling off period. My mum cancelled 2 days later and they assured her they would return the cheque. They cashed the cheque. And so far have not returned the deposit despite the promise they would do. I will be phoning them again to fight for my parents 300 pound deposit.
As of 17th July, my parents have still not received their deposit back despite cancelling on 22nd June! All emails go unanswered. Do not let this company near your elderly relatives.
