From the representative who first came around to the fitting team who installed our windows - very friendly and professional service provided! The whole process was fast and easy and we're happy with the end result.

An elderly lady late eighties was subject to cold calling, was pressured into purchasing window refurbishment and to a “survey” to be carried out. All the windows are new so there was no work that needed doing. Unscrupulous cheats. Please avoid and report.. Thanks for all reviews which allowed us to cancel a cheque on time.

Four months to build a porch!! If you want a trouble free job, go elsewhere...the manager I dealt with on the last day of installation is the most obnoxious, ignorant person you would wish to deal with. They have a scheme if you get friends or family to deal with them you get a cash reward...good way to lose friends...could go on forever but can't be bothered..

Paid them £560 deposit in November for front door and rear doors ,they rang me a week away from fitting date to say they quoted to cheap and want £1300 extra to carry out the job ,no thanks please refund my deposit I said , I have rang them every day for 6 weeks asking for my money and having every excuse from different people why at the moment we can’t .
I paid by debit card straight into There PayPal account,I tried claiming back from PayPal but because I paid direct from card it was not covered ,I thought all was lost but heard something about charge back that your bank can do , anyway I filled in the online form and waited,,,to my surprise I received my money back so anyone who hasn’t tried this contact your bank and ask about Charge back ,,good luck and stay safe 😷

Seemed a normal company at first. Went so far as to give a £100 deposit to 'lock in' a reduced price on the understanding that if we cancelled the deposit would be refunded in a month. Having secured a better deal elsewhere the day after I cancelled. 4 months later they haven't returned our money. Although agreeing that we are entitled to the refund over the phone they will not put anything in writing or suggest when a refund might appear. Luckily we paid with a credit card and we are getting our money back that way. From our experience I'd say they are not to be trusted. I suspect that their trouble returning deposits is down to them being almost broke. A suspicion reinforced after a Companies House search (search for GREEN MEASURES LTD) showed that this company has had several incarnations that never seem to last long.

The negative reviews just about sum up this cowboy operation - Still not recieved any contact from these shysters and have been left with windows which don't even match on the front of my property, due to professional incompetence on their part. Don't go within a hundred yards of them and avoid at all costs. You'll save more with second rate windows in the long run.

It would appear that I’m in a minority, having had windows fitted that I was pleased with.
Unfortunately, once these people had got their claws into me they looked upon me as a milch cow to be milked whenever it suited them.
I had a phone call to say I was entitled as a privileged customer to special discounts. I said I couldn’t afford any more but the rep came out and took advantage of my having been ill following a major operation to persuade me to pay for two more windows that I really didn’t want.
Last week I had a further call from a very pushy woman who just wouldn’t take no for an answer. When I told her I had been in hospital recently and was struggling to get about, this made her even more pushy and I agreed to have a visit from a rep. Almost immediately, I tried to ring back and cancel the appointment but the number she had rung on was not available. I then sent an email to the company and also rang the 0800 number stating in no uncertain terms they were not welcome.
On the day of the supposed appointment I was harassed from 8.30 am by a sales rep followed by two calls from the unavailable number. I told all these people I wanted nothing else from them and eventually at four in the afternoon they gave up.
I am not a pushover and said no on several occasions but they did not take no for an answer and continued to push until I capitulated and ordered two more windows that I really didn’t want to buy.
I have never felt so bullied by anyone and the pressure these people have put me under would have destroyed a weaker person. As it is, I have bought telephones with a blocking button so if they ring again I can block their number(s).
The windows themselves are ok but the fitters left a mess behind them that I have been unable to clean up. The glass itself was not cleaned and loads of screws were discovered on my drive where my visitors and I park.
Altogether, not an enjoyable experience and I would warn anyone who is frail, elderly or with any learning disability to avoid this company like the plague. If you have relatives who are in any of the above categories please make sure they do not fall prey to these evil, greedy people.
I have not had Fensa certificates for any of these windows.

Same as other reviews, ripped off my 85 year old Dad. Do not believe the good review, its fake. Tried to get deposit back as they took so long to NOT do the work. Twice the quote of local guy and there survey was appalling, I doubt they ever intended to do the job. Check them out on companies house, name changed 6 times in 10 years and lots of directors have resigned!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
*UPDATE* trying to contact me through trust pilot even though I spoke to them on the phone a couple of days before.....! can only assume its to try and 'debunk' this review. They gave me a new excuse....."we've changed our supplier and will contact your dad later today with a date" that was over 2 weeks ago, still heard nothing. As before, do some research, terrible company. Should have been shut down. Total rip off merchants who will probably change their name very soon!

Absolutely disgusting company, have took a deposit from my mum. I cancelled the day after and they still haven't returned the deposit, months on. Very rude staff, please please don't use this company, thieves, arrogant, can't believe they get away with it.
****just thought I would update my review, they have only gone and and done it again, to my poor elderly vulnerable mum. Which this time they knew her situation as I had spoke to them about her and they still continued to convince her to hand over a deposit three times the amount of the 1st time. Don't use this company, clearly they knew she was vulnerable and went back to rip her off again. Disgusting

Never trust them,
Fitted 3 windows 9 months before , winter stared I noticed(water drop or moist ) water In window and started getting condensation on all the 3 new windows
Called and booked appointment from October for engineer every time they call and said engineer can break down
Today 3rd appointment they said engineer met with accident
Last two time it was truck break down and I told them don’t tell me the same story so 3rd time it’s an accident
Basically from October I’m waiting some one to come and look at the problem, they don’t care once get money
Please don’t trust
When I called for quote same day person came to get quote once you buy don’t care
So don’t take risk
I just reply from green measure as I’m not genuine buyer I have your invoice

Had work done good quality products and they even cleaned up, made a massive difference to my heating bills .

Would give - or 0 if I could. Same as Phillip, mid Oct 19 they pushed my elderly parents to pay an immediate depot of £ 320.00 and quoted riduculous price for 2no windows. I found out and managed to cancel within 14 days cooling off period and cancelled the measuring up visit. I was told refund within 4 weeks, nearly 8 weeks on and nothing, not a single reply to all emails, no letters - nothing! Called yesterday again and was told no cheque run this week for refunds??? I said they took card payment and refund the same, takes up to 3 days. Looking to take further action now as gave them till end today to sort. 15/1 still no refund!

Not impressed with the windows they installed. One of the lock barrels is broken after being installed a few months. Sales Rep came round and said they would email me the FENSA Certificates for the windows. Never received the email or anything in the post!
Plus they never came out to repair the window.

Avoid this company! Would not recommend this company to anyone!
