Very helpful after cancelling insurance and reinstated following day after miss payment

Chloe was absolutely fantastic! Not only was she professional and sorted my problem out straight away she was friendly and made me feel at ease throughout the whole call.

Today I spoke with ben who was fantastic at assisting me with what I needed Ide been off work for a few weeks due to my little girl being in hospital and this lead to me being unable to make my payment on my insurance policy after a quick phone call with ben I was reassured that my policy would not be canceled and that I could spread the cost of this months payment over them remainder of my policy this has really helped take the pressure off at a difficult time for us so thankyou ben for being genuine and understanding and thankyou granit finance for having procedures like this in place to help customer's when they have an unforeseen circumstance 10-10
