Excellent service and product and great value
Bought a Nintendo switch OLED through on it from hashtechguy.
After reading reviews online I was a bit concerned about delivery etc I knew that it would be a while as I saw the item was coming from china. I messaged them asking for a tracking number which they gave me but also informed me when the best time to start tracking the package was.
The Nintendo was Brand new and the only reason I suspect it's the cheapest because the box is in Chinese.

The order time was far too long. The device came with a US charging brick, not the UK one, and only gave me a dodgy travel adaptor.

Pair pods were stolen by courier
I ordered a pair of 2nd generation headphones and they were jot delivered. Delivery photo shows my road but courier did not deliver to me or to my neighbours. Hashtechguys keep saying its been delivered to a neighbour but have not provided any information to support this, the courier from royal mail took a photo of the package in there hand on my road.

Service Exactly What I Needed
The item was exactly as per description and the order was implemented to plan. I would like the reference to working times for delivery encompassed weekends to show the full travel time. Otherwise it was on time and would be 5stars.

Thanks for the support you gave me when I started. The unit looks to have worked fine, though I'm still working my way through well over 300 disks. I have problems with some of them but it seems it's a problem with Hxc translations to TI 99/4a format.
