Please note that your order has been cancelled and refunded as the shipment of your order confirms to be lost in transit as you could also see that the Royal Mail shipment of your order FK083165787GB also shows that Royal Mail has got our shipment, though it has been stuck at Royal Mail Princess Royal Parcel Hub since 23rd Mar 2024. Therefore we will have to submit claim with them ourselves. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

I was waiting so long to recive my airpods. And when they arrived they are fake. I did contact them to sort the issue but they didn't get back to me. And till now I'm still waiting. So I won't advice anyone to buy anything off them.

Won't refund after saying they will.
I ordered a firestick, after 6 weeks it had not arrived so I purchased 1 elsewhere then it arrived.
I sent an email stating I'd purchased another & they said to return it for a refund.
They sent me an email stating they'd received it that I'd get a refund but they never gave me the money back!
I found 4 different phone numbers for this company & all were invalid & they havnt replied to any of my emails. In the end my bank gave me the money back but if I were you - shop elsewhere!

Non existent customer service
Delivery took a very long time ( several weeks). Had an issue with one of the Wonderboom speakers not charging and despite repeated efforts to contact the supplier they have NEVER even acknowledged receipt of complaint let alone resolved the issue. If you want any sort of customer service DO NOT use them.
