Would highly recommend HA/Wisdom…
Would highly recommend HA/Wisdom Wellbeing services if you find yourself in a position of low mood, anxiety or depression.
Was fortunate enough to have used the service through my work's assistance program.
Had 10 sessions with Richard, who was amazing, attentive, professional and friendly. 10 sessions later, I am glad to report I am feeling like my old self again.

It was traumatic
It was traumatic. They were giving me the wrong advice for about a year and at no point they said they do not represent a real lawyer (they added it after I complaint).
When I told them the situation, they denied it, I received my notes and I was right, they were unfocused and unspecialists. I needed a specialist in dept collecting (a landlord who run away with my deposits) and all they were saying was "sue him and he will return it". That is not the case, I should have approached the Insolvency Register ect, I needed specialist advice.
They denied they should have said that and that they said it eventually was enough for them. I lost £4.500. I asked for compensation, they said no and they will send me flowers.
I am putting a complaint with my insurance
However the complaints procedure has been completed and their response was they do not recognise failure on the part.

Unhelpful and unsupportive
I've tried to use the HA / Wisdom service multiple times over the last couple days and there is never anyone available. As well as this you are nearly always pushed to use their telephone line even if this is not accessible for the customer. I've tried to use their services at both my current employer and my previous employer and never have I had a positive experience so it seems like nothing more than just a checkbox exercise for the employer.

Wish I had accessed this service earlier
From the initial assessment until the final session I was treated with nothing but respect and understanding.
I was assigned to Ruth Hill quickly and was able to access the support when I needed it.
I wish I had done this sooner as Ruth was supportive, non judgemental and helped me work through my worries with sympathy and wisdom. She has enabled me to face whatever my future holds without fear and axiety.

They can help
My counsellor was Sol and she is really nice and easy to talk to. My sessions with her have given me the courage to discuss issues that I haven’t spoken about in years. She even recommended a book to read that has immensely helped me understand why I do what I do.
