This company was recommended as I wanted new hearing aids. The ones I have been supplied with are the best. William the Audio specialist was excellent. Reception were also very nice and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

I have dealt with Richard the Audiologist & Jo on front of house ,for some time , They have both gone out of their way to sort any problem and tune my ear sets to a level of performance no one else has achieved ed before, as my ears have changed adjustments have helped enormously to maintain and maximise my hearing .
I am delighted that the Audika merger has only enhanced the service level - a problem with hearing aids last week , was rectified in 5days ( which included a weekend )
Highly recommended and as an experienced user of high end hearing aids , I have learned that careful advice and continual checks and advice transforms your experience of using hearing aids .
If you are struggling with anything hearing aid and ear care wise Richard is the guy .

The Ornithologist was very professional explained everything clearly and concisely I will definitely recommend your services on the strength of this appointment with Audika.

It wasn't great a all, I had two reminders to be there for 11 and after arriving at 10.45 I had to wait almost 45 minutes. I had asked for a de waxing but it couldn't be done.
There was no hearing test and no information on the latest type of aids.

My elderly mother was in great discomfort due to severe wax blockage in both ears. Dee was brilliant - so helpful fitting her in for an initial consultation at short notice and followed up with treatment to remove the wax 3 days later. She was so kind putting my mother at ease and carried out the micro suction efficiently and professionally. We will go back for follow up with Dee in 6 months.

Excellent appointment, from Carol on reception, who was welcoming and professional through to a full hearing assessment with Troy, who was an excellent clinician. He was understanding and listened, and explained the results in detail and meaning. I would absolutely recommend.
