Personal touch, from physical shop to digital..
I am very much a brick 'n' mortar shop guy when it comes to buying physical media. I buy all of my brand new purchases from Fopp in Glasgow, where staff member Lukan is particularly knowledgeable and friendly. On this occasion two of the movie titles I was looking for were only available online via HMV's warehouse. They ordered them for me, to be delivered to my home. What I most liked it that HMV sent it Royal Mail 48hr Tracked. Meaning I knew exactly when it was coming, could change the delivery date or even redirect it to a neighbour. Excellent fast service!

What made my experience great was on 27th June 2026 the special album Westlife 25 was back in stock & ready for me to collect, nearly gave up hope i would get it, wanted to collect myself because it was cheaper than being delivered
Got the special album Fri 3rd July 2026 didn't want it to be sent back
I ordered the album on 22nd May 2026, waited long enough
haven't been to hmv for years to get a cd or album, glad the store is still around 👍🏻

Order did not arrive in time for…
Order did not arrive in time for birthday gift. Two weeks since order still not arrived at store for collection.
Thankfully the great staff in Uxbridge store were able to provide a replacement but I can’t request refund until 20 days have passed.
