Sadly only 2 stars.
I can only rate my current experience at 2 stars as I'm still waiting for half of the order. To be fair I have been informed of the situation & assured that everything is being done that can be, however this isn't the first time this has happened to me with regards to a new release with HMV.
I'm of an age where brand recognition and a sense of loyalty still mean something, I've always purchased my physical media from HMV as it was the leader in music and video. I know times change as well as tastes but I can no longer shop in the stores as I have to fight past the toys, stationary and massively overpriced sweets to get to the actual music. I stay loyal though and still make purchases online however it seems increasingly evident that my time of being a relevant customer may be coming to a close. We had a good run of 45+ years, thanks for the good times Nipper.

My experience this time was good
My experience this time was good. It was probably because I paid for express delivery. My order three weeks ago was a joke. Placed my order on the Monday, you took the money out of my account on the Monday but the order wasn't despatched till the end of the week and this was after I phoned you twice to find out what was going on. Sorry HMV sort your act out, if your not going to despatched the order don't take the money
