I booked car hire with Holiday Autos, all was well but having returned the car early, I was disappointed that there was no refund even though Enterprise the hire company confirmed the charge was reduced.
Probably better to book direct with Enterprise.

Since the booking was created first time through Holidayautos, then the change supposed to be done from our side as well before we start the rental.
But in this situation we apologize we don't have a position to issue a reufnd for returning the car early, but we recommend you to get in touch with the supplier to ask for a compensation, as the whole rental was paid as a package.

A very easy site to book great choice
A very easy web site to use I book with holiday autos twice a year no trouble the office in country have always got the details and await your arrival occasionally a free up grade is made, choice of car always met or better

Unexplained cancellations
Booked as was getting a good deal, within seconds of the various confirmation emails coming through, I then got a number of cancellation emails as they placed my booking with a different provider at a slightly more expensive rate. Only to find that the second booking had also been cancelled. Customer service offered to rebook of course at even further increased rate.

Reliable provider you can trust
Website was easy to navigate through. Good selection of cars offered once preferences were chosen. Have used them several times in the past, no issues with any of the pickup and drop off locations.

They changed the booking
Took the booking. When the email came through, the booking was incorrect . I was unable to change it online and conversations with their customer service department were unable to resolve it although at one point I was offered a different booking at almost double the price. A really incompetent terrible service.

I cannot fault the price or the service. But my big complaint is that it gives you the options of where you would like to select as your pick up destination. I selected Durres and continued with the booking. At no point during the booking process did it tell me that my pick up destination had defaulted to Tirana, which is actually 29kms away from where we will be staying. Highly inconvenient.

Avoid Express car rental.
We rented a car with company named Express. They should be waiting for us on the airport or call us, there was nobody waiting for us or calling us. When I called them they were acting like I would be a problem not them. They told me that there was slight delay and car will be with me in 30 min. After 40 minutes I called them again this time I got connected to the driver which in rude manner told me that he will arrive in about 20-30 minutes and he disconnected. After another 30 minutes when I started to look for another car rental company on the airport as we got really upset driver called me to say he arrived. I made an complain to the company about the whole situation unfortunately Express didnt find any fault on their side or drivee it was all my fault. Horrible start of our holiday to Poland. If you dont want to ruin your time on holidays avoid Express car rental.

Scam. Upon checkout price was agreed at £1380 and there is a toggle that if not selected it charges in euros. This cost £1512. When asked to rebook they said £169 euro fee and would not let us be switched to pounds as we were quoted.

Dreadful customer service, faulty booking system
Dreadful customer service. Provided me with a car in the wrong country! I cancelled and rebooked, same again - wrong country. Obviously a glitch in their system but they deducted £90 both times for cancelled bookings at short notice. I complained but they refused refund (I suspect some AI dealt with it) they obviously did not consider the issue at all. Forced to contact bank to get a charge back. Big waste of time and they could have resolved easily

I did not get a car. I paid for your extra insurance and Goldcar tried to fool me to buy extra insurance, said it was mandatory. When I showed them the booking mail from you, they said my credit cards were not from real banks.

Tytuł: DO NOT TRUST – They partner with unethical companies (Reservation PL892440150)
I booked my car rental through Holiday autos expecting a reliable service. Unfortunately, they partner with highly unethical companies like "Flex To Go".
When I arrived at the airport, the rental desk tried to force me into predatory upselling and lied about my reservation to extract more money. I contacted Holiday autos for help, but they provided no real support in the moment, leaving me stranded at the airport for two hours. They are responsible for the quality of their partners, yet they clearly do not vet them properly.
This was a nightmare experience that ruined the start of my holiday. I am now forced to pay significantly more for a new vehicle on my own because Holiday autos failed to guarantee the service I paid for. If they cannot ensure their partners honor contracts, they should not be in business. Do not use their platform!

Used Holiday Autos for getting quotes for hire at Newcastle Station and received a great price for a small car from Switch a taxi ride away but worth it for the price - £345.61
Went and had lunch and shared details with my wife. Upon my return to complete the booking, the cost for the same car from the same firm had risen to over £500.
Such a shame as they have been my go to rental car company for many years.
