Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. Take ages to resolve issues, were lied to when our boiler broke and they had told us it would be fixed within the next working day but was then left with no hot water for a week.
Would not recommend.
Avoid at all costs.

Ridiculous
They are all "none of my business " attitude. Changed the lock and didn't inform and give me new key. Called them and ask me to pay for lock smith.
End up, i need to wait outside my house for my housemate who has the new key.

Incompetent in every way
I let my property through Homes4U and can honestly say they have over the years proved themselves to be incompetent at every single stage of the letting process. Various examples:
They have agreed the incorrect tenancy form. They have prepared an incorrect inventory. They have failed to spot quite serious items of damage when tenants have checked-out. They have failed to arrange proper cleaning. I deal with someone different every time they are in contact, so I never have an idea who does (or is supposed to do) what. They don't return calls. If they make a mistake (which is very often), they don't acknowledge it or apologise but instead get defensive and try to come up with an excuse.
Do yourself a favour, use another letting agent.

Hi PW, I am really sorry that you have not been happy with the service you have received. Customer feedback is very important to use and we are continually looking at ways to add value to our services. Our Property Managers each look after a portfolio of properties, giving landlords and tenants one point of contact. We also have dedicated lettings teams in each branch and a Property Accounts team who handle processing of rents and deposits.
