Actually the exchange works great and no complaints so far, but if you have any issue, any problem, any question or so, you will be lost ... and I mean 100% lost, because they are not able to answer a simple English question or call google to help them to translate to Mandarin (or whatsoever). Very bad for the nice exchange, but you don't want to leave even a single US$, because in case of any problems, it will be a loss.
