I Tried Tonex One vs Kemper because of the small pedalboard footprint but after months of struggling with needlessly complicated software settings and the UI on PC, I'm giving up. I have a degree in software engineering and this is possibly the worst user interface I've ever encountered.
Part 2) IK contacted me with a suggestion to try out its new Tonex Tone Model & Present management app which I will do and revise my review once I've fully tried it out.

-progress. It all went very smoothly for my unusual request.
I struggled for quite a while trying to get my Amplitube 5 and Amplitube 4 to work on my MacBook Air. they ahd worked with no problems and all of a sudden they quit. I finally contacted support feeling rather silly having not been able to fix it myself. But after explaining the problem I received advice which I followed and everything works as it should. Thanks support team
5 days after I bought Amplitude 5 Max, I got an email for a discount on Total Studio 4 Max, which includes Amplitude. I contacted them and asked if they could just give me a discount. They refunded the Amplitude so I could buy Total Studio instead! That's what I'd call a great customer support!
They didn't give up until the issue was resolved... quick response

You have to realize that with the complexity of their product lines and the sheer number of users, response times will not be lightening fast. I was pleasantly surprised, however, just how fast and helpful their responses actually were. "Fast" in this context is 24 to 48 hours consistently.
Super quick Customer Support- within minutes after submitting support ticket I was contacted back with the solution to my problem. Amazing.
Their products are simply the best. I am a long-time user of Amplitube, and the variety and quality of their gear seems unmatched. I bought an old product from guitar Center and couldn’t use it, studio max 2. I reached out to IK and they told me they would reimburse me And upgrade me to studio max 4 at no cost. They were very friendly and got everything figured out within a few days quick responses and I love the new studio Max 4 it’s awesome!

Bought a iRigMic HD 10 years ago. Now it did not work anymore together with the new iPad. But support told me, that the problem is in the Lightning-USB-C adapter and suggested a new cable. Bought the cable ... problem solved.
I had a problem with activating a Plugin. For some reason it was not running correctly after downloading it. Only in demo mode.
I contacted the Support Team to explain my Problem. The answer came almost right away. After a couple of questions they where asking me to solve the problem they fixed it step by step emediatley in no time. Thanx a lot for this. Now everything is working just Fine.
