The sun was shining, the cars were piling but the team here are quick

I love coming here. I buy a prepaid wash pack (the more you buy the more you save) and show the QR code to the guy there, he scans it and off we go.
The only reason I gave 4 stars, is that recently the car doesn't get dried as much as it used to.

I paid for an ultimate clean but got a diamond wash

I bought the top of the range car wash and it didn’t get all the dirt off my car. Very disappointed if I’m being honest. The man was pre cleaning the car before it went through but overpriced and the car wasn’t that clean. Just to note I get my car cleaned every month. So the car wasn’t that dirty to start with.

Windscreen still showed dry dirt even after the car wash. Had to clean again at home to sort it out.
Light dirt is fine. Heavy or moderate dirt might not be cleaned 100%.
I chose the 3 foam option for my wash.

Back end of car was not rinsed properly and still had soap suds on car, didn’t notice till I was already home.

My sister found it very scary but I LOVED it, especially the bit like a giant spider!

Not good enough

The operative was helpful, friendly and patient.

Asked for a rain guard wash and was told that the ‘lights were faulty and only showed triple foam’. Naturally I then asked for a Triple Foam wash instead which he protested but I insisted.

He then told me that the card machine was also faulty. So I gave him £10 in cash for an £8.50 transaction.

He then took the card machine to the car behind me.

I had to shout to get his attention and ask for my change to which he said ‘what change?’ I was very firm in reminding him I gave him £10 and he reluctantly gave me my change.

I’ve used this car wash for years, never again though!

Went there to have car cleaned . The pre clean that the staff do is getting less and less .. the snow foam is sprayed over the windows so u can see that there not soaking the bodywork with it . We watched from across the road afterwards and there doing this to ever car. We have used different imo car wash’s and the seem to cover the whole car and let it soak the way snow foam should be used . Won’t be using this IMO again

Quick service, car is very clean!

We used QuickPay (via QR code) at the car wash and when it was our turn, the code didn’t work. Even though we had a confirmation of payment and it had charged my credit card, we still had to pay again. I tried to contact their customer service but they say it will be five days or longer before I even get a response. Also when we got home from the wash, the paint on the back of our car was suddenly very scratched up where they had manually brushed it. They have pretty decent prices but I don’t think we will go there again. Too much of a hassle.
