Very happy with the compact desktop pc with multi screen support. Good looking box and appears quality components. I've bought two of them now.
Only downsides were
(i) quite long lead time
(ii) it was advertised with 512Gb disk but had 256Gb installed **

** Now discussed by telephone and was a simple issue with a spec not having been amended on the web site - now corrected.

Was after a new machine.
Bit of an unusual spec. Linux, 6 screens.
Response was ace. They got it sorted and fully tested before it was shipped.
Ace service, ace result !
Defo now my goto PC company.

I went to several websites before I chose Inside Tech, including the bigger more recognised players but I'm so glad I went with my gut and trusted a smaller business for my set up.
I've found in the past that you just don't get decent service with the bigger companies and to be honest the off the shelf, no effort style from the others put me off.

It seems like Inside Tech really put the effort in to the buying experience and aftercare and there is a sense of genuine care when I spoke to them before buying.

The box it came in was very well packaged, had clear instructions on how to set everything up and had no issues turning it on and using it straight away.

The pricing is decent and the different styles they have are unique (the wooden style ones look awesome)

I would recommend.

After 18 years it was time for a new mini pc and what a joy. One of the services I liked is to be able to customise a pc before the purchase. After putting Linux on it I have what I want and need, perfect.

My 12 yr old grandson wanted to build a gaming PC - we found Inside-Tech and their kit approach coupled with online support which helped us choose just what he needed including slightly upgraded config. It was also really helpful when we started piecing it all together and he's now so proud and happy to have built his own computer.

My son is delighted with his gaming PC! I was impressed with the company and product aesthetics and functionality. It’s also great to use refurbished tech for money savings and the environment where possible.

If you are a novice like me, be aware that the PC may have specialist protective packaging inside the unit, so you have to open up the side of the PC to remove it. This was a bit fiddly but worth it for safe transport. We bought:
“1 x Edge - Water Cooled - Refurbished Gaming PC - RTX 5060 Ti (Build Time: Standard build time 5-6 working days, Warranty: 1 years parts, 5 years labour, 30 days collect and return)”

The only problem with inside tech you've got to watch them with their cpu they do have a lot of old stock putting six gen processes on pcs not great despite that, people are still buying them.And you're going to have serious bottle, neck

Been using for about a week now, Overall great PC that can handle anything with ease. Team responded quickly and The build/delivery time matched with what was promised on the site. Definitely recommend

The computer is very well built, with meticulous attention to detail (e.g., cabling, ventilation, etc.). The package includes adequate protection and cushioning in all critical areas. The BIOS was configured correctly, and the pre-installed Windows included all key drivers and ran smoothly out of the box. Overall, a solid 5 stars (from a former PC engineer).
