Chris at Inside Tech was amazing to deal with, he helped me reconfigure my custom PC to get the most out of my order, leaning on expertise like knowing which CPU was best for which task. They hit there delivery date despite delayed parts by offering a free upgrade, they did this without even skipping a beat. I bought my dream PC from them and I will be back.

Bought another computer from James and the team, fantastic service and fantastic product as always, a bespoke machine for my CAD needs and its awesome, great advice re spec along the way. After calling and receiving info and advice from James I ordered an Intel 12th - 14th GEN Desk Mini PC.
It was delivered on time, safely packaged and took no time to connect and get running.
Wow, it’s a superb little device, takes so little space on my desk and puts my old computer to shame, it’s very fast both in booting up and in use, it’s also silent which is a massive bonus.
So pleased with this purchase and with the service from Inside Tech, highly recommended.

Inside-Tech built an excellent PC! I recently purchased a pre-configured Corsair 2000D PC from them. The build was delivered to me in exactly a week from my date-of-purchase. The components are exactly as described.

I ran into a minor issue of the fans making a noise. Chris from their support team guided me through it step-by-step, and I was able to solve it. Would highly recommend them.

Just like to say a massive thank you to James first of all, handled any questions I had with professionalism and honesty - I ordered a RTX 3050 refurbished gaming pc from inside tech and it’s absolutely unreal, with all the protective coverings you wouldn’t even think it was refurbed, it came well packaged and they even included the graphics card box with extras in it.
Brilliant piece of kit, would highly recommend this company to family and friends in the future!

My PC even came with a RGB light up keyboard and mouse, so all I had to do was plug the power supply in and HDMI and I was off and rocking!

I got exactly the PC I wanted (and I was very picky!) at a great price and fast. The service from Chris and James was excellent. I highly recommend!

Hands down a GREAT experience.

1. Purchase was EASY and made simple with a streamlined approach to speccing my build - not so many choices that it became a guessing game with potential for over spend and bottlenecking.

2. Price was noticeably better than a number of competitors - by about 20% like for like!!!

3. A month later when I had an issue (that transpired to be nothing to do with the PC!) they welcomed me to drop in same day and immediately set about diagnosing the issue. 20mins later we had ascertained that it was a monitor cable/socket. Truly brilliant. No waiting, no booking - just come in and we will help you sort it. THANK YOU to the whole Team.

The experience from the beginning to the end was exceptional. This was my first high-end gaming PC, so I was very particular about the components that would be installed. All the hardware was of the highest quality, and my computer runs flawlessly on any game at ultra settings.

I encountered a minor issue with stuttering related to the Nvidia settings, which I have since resolved. When the problem occurred late at night, I messaged InsideTech on WhatsApp, not expecting a response until the next morning. To my surprise, I received a prompt reply and some troubleshooting tips that same night. Although the issue was not fully resolved that night, I appreciated the immediate assistance.

The next morning, I conducted some research on YouTube and discovered a solution that restored my PC to full functionality. InsideTech's customer service is truly outstanding, and they are willing to go the extra mile to assist their customers. I would like to express my gratitude to James for his invaluable guidance in selecting the right specifications for my needs.

Having been in IT as an IT Teacher, Network Manager and Senior Microsoft Certified Trainer since 1982, I have taught, worked with and purchased from many PC sellers such as Inside-Tech. Now over 70, tend to be very critical and demanding of any company that I choose to purchase from, as sadly, I now find the general standard of service and product quality in the UK is generally very poor.

But this certainly was NOT the case when dealing with Inside-Tech in regard to their staff and products they have for sale, especially James and Chris who via phone and email answered my many and quite in-depth and demanding questions, did so very promptly, outside normal working hours and often did so in good humour.

I live on the Isle of Man now and more and more delivery is becoming very expensive and problematic in sorting out delivery, with Inside-Tech they went the extra the mile to do so, unlike some companies saying they will and after purchase, get back, an then say they can’t and then begins the problem in getting the refund – this certainly was not the case with James and Chris who were extremely accommodating in checking they would be able to do so.

As such, I am very pleased having ordered and now received my Fanless MAXWELL, Windows 11 Home 64Bit, Asrock B760-ITX/AC, i5 12400 - 6 Cores 4.4GHz, 16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4, NVME SSD:256GB and NVME SSD:2TB to replaced my eight year old, quiet and trusted PC/Server – that it takes up about only 1/6 of the space, is totally silent, boots up virtually instantaneously and unlike I have ever known before having setup many networks in offices, training rooms and in my own home network instant recognition and connection to my five PCs and 3 mobiles with out the need to spend time sorting out and fixing.

Very unlike me to give such praise, but it was a really nice change to purchase a technical product something that does what the company selling you it, tell you it will and with people who obviously want to do a good job, empathic, patient , proud and enjoy what they do.

Got my gaming pc today it blew me away so professionally built and the customer service is top notch these guys are great people highly recommended from me and will not go any where else prices are fair too
