I found Inside-Tech randomly having always been put off by Dell and Alienware's silly prices.

Inside tech build and create the best Game / Workstations you can buy in UK, and they are reasonable prices, especially for the good support you receive from James and Chris.

They have online chat if you have any questions, and always answer instantly (The opposite to the big corporate businesses). Have 100% faith in this business and would recommend to everyone.

Chris and James are brilliant. They couldn't of been more anymore helpful. Would definitely recommend giving them a call if your unsure and you'd like to find the best option for you. The end product has been perfect as well.

The i7 based NUC set up as a Roon Core is simply excellent at a fraction of the cost of a Nucleus+

I bought my 3rd mini pc from Inside-Tech 6 months ago and always been impressed by quality and value.
I ran to problems with one unit on a Sunday and sent an email to James, hoping he could give me advice on the Monday morning. I received a reply within 30 minutes followed by hours of help over the course of the Sunday afternoon/evening. Problem resolved but more importantly, this level of service is what sets Inside-Tech apart from the competition and why I will go back for my next PC.

I have used them twice, now, for 3 mini PCs. Great products, all of them - though the first two PCs were built with a different CPU to that described. I was promised explanation and some compensation, but nothing has surfaced. But both PCs are suitable for purpose.
I still went back to them for my latest project for a PC to run a Security Camera set-up - so far I am impressed with the result.

This shop is the exact type of computer shop you wana find, Chris from inside-tech sorted me out quickly and smoothly with no problems, I appreciate this type of customer service, it seems these guys are actually computer savy and not just some wana bes.

Inside tech is a excellent online store with good people behind the brand that are willing to help in what you need.

Where do I begin with Inside-Tech? This company has provided me with an excellent level of service. As someone who usually builds my own PC's, these guys have changed my mind on pre-builts.

I was struggling to find an RTX 3080 GPU in stock so contacted Inside-Tech and spoke to James. As someone with plenty of PC knowledge myself I can attest to his knowledge and building skills.

Despite the global shortage of Nvidia Ampere GPU's my PC was complete and ready for collection in just a couple of days, with superb service and communication with James frequently throughout the process.

A top tier experience all around and I would not hesitate in recommending them thanks to their level of communication and service.

I ordered a fanless PC from the team on a Sunday to use in a control system. One of the team rang me up the first thing Monday to tell me it was out of stock and immediately proposed an alternative with upgrades so I actually ended up with a higher spec PC than I originally ordered. The PC arrived 2 days ahead of delivery times listed on their site and worked first time with no problems at all. Spec was exactly as agreed and post sales support (I had a "how to" question) was answered promptly and accurately first time. The PC was so good it's better than my current PC! So I'm keeping it and will be ordering another to use for the control system. I can't fault these guys, they went above and beyond and exceeded all my expectations.

Seriously impressed with James and the team. At every turn, I was surprised that James tried to find ways to reduce the price of the PC. I ended up spending allot less than other companies had quoted and for a spec that far exceeded my expectations. Even more exceptional was the fact that my system was built and shipped in 2 hours from my phone call for next day delivery! Maybe one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. 10/10

Thrilled with this company! Ordered a Gaming PC on the Wednesday to have it built and delivered the following Monday. Great communication from James at Inside Tech before, during and AFTER order was completed. Really felt like they couldn't any more to satisfy their customers. Can't say enough good things about Inside Tech.

After an horrendous experience with one of (if not the most) well known PC companies, I was met with the exceptional customer service of Inside-Tech. I was astonished to discover that their build times were 10X faster (literally) than this other particular company with whom I had now been waiting for my custom PC for 2.5 months, to no avail! Thankfully, that poor experience led me to Inside-Tech.

Their customer service has really set them apart. I have to make special mention of James, who helped me reconfigure an appropriate PC for my needs. James was there with advice and guidance every step of the way and assisted me in building a more powerful PC, at a lower price than my quote with the other company.

I cannot recommend Inside-Tech highly enough and will certainly use them again. If you're trying to find the right company for your custom build, seriously, this is the one!

Extremely helpful, quick replies to my queries & very informative - explaining how I could go for a certain part, get a cheaper machine than I thought I needed & save money, etc, etc..

Really helpful people indeed - I had to cancel an order due to my customer changing their mind and I spoke with James and explained the situation - no drama, no fuss, and refunded the same day. Good courteous service, thank you very much.
