like others i am now out of pocket by £400 with nothing to show for it.
I checked them on Experian this morning and they have a credit score of 100, (which is the best) and are showing that they have just under £1million in working capital - so how come they have had to go into liquidation?? Sounds decidedly dodgy - looks like they have siphoned off all the money and will undoubtedly use this to fund a lovely retirement.

Does anyone know when the company went into liquidation, and who the receiver/administrator is as i need to make a claim.

Unfortunately Internet Gardener has gone into receivership, this was an outstanding company with great moral values and quality furniture, it will be sadly missed i'm sure..

I ordered £1800 of equipment 2 weeks ago and am still waiting for that to arrive, they won't answer emails or phone calls so I've no idea whats happened, the directors will hopefully be struck off. Luckily I paid on credit card but now have to go through a claim process before being able to purchase the equipment again from another supplier.

Utterly disgusting customer service then I read the comments on here!!!! You’ve taken everyone’s money I shall be contacting the police!! I’m absolutely disgusted no answer to emails or telephone calls

I placed an order in excess of £1800 at the beginning of October, product never received. Like everybody else no luck with telephone. Luckily I live fairly local to there premises, I visited today to find everything shut up and a sign saying closed for refurbishment. Nobody was around and looking through the window no work in progress and everything the same in the show room. I am very concerned now and have contacted my credit card company. Utterly shameful

I need to return a pair of boots but nobodys answering phone or email's to acknowledge my return.

Very concerned. Placed an order for £1599.99 on 28th October. They have taken the money but when I tried calling to get a delivery update the office appears to be permanently closed. Have sent an email to the sales team. I hope I get some reassurance from them very soon.

Paid £1709 for an order not received. Facebook page is down, Twitter account down, no replies to emails and no answer to calls. Of you have taken my order knowing you were not trading you have recommitted a criminal offence and I will be calling the police. I have the directors details.

Attempted contact by email and phone regarding an order I paid for early September which has not yet been delivered. Initially due end September then informed delayed to end October. Very concerned regarding lack of communication. No response to email and answer phone states office is closed even though contacted in normal opening hours.

Ordered and they’ve taken my money, no goods received. Answer phone message says office closed, no response to email. Looks like my son is not getting his birthday present.

wondering where my item is, no feedback, no replies to emails, not answered call centre phones all week... despite the fact that I called during specified opening hours... very concerned. Escalated to Paypal claim - thankfully Paypal settled promptly. Turns out they went bankrupt...

Ordered some trees 2 weeks ago and haven’t received them. Tried to contact the company no reply to emails and phone line doesn’t work.

Despite holding £1500 of our money and not having the stock we ordered, no response to email sent 4 days ago

Ordered wellies from the website, arrived promptly, good communication regarding delivery and very happy with them!

Great company to deal with, extremely good prices, don’t think they can be beaten, delivery service excellent, can’t fault the company at all

Cover was as described, good quality at this price, easy to fit, used lower pole of sun shade with a 12 inch flower pot upside down on top saved buying the special pole. Delivery was in three days would use site again.
