Many thanks for your excellent online service. My pattern order arrived in no time at all and the whole process was easy and painless.

Since the pandemic I've turned to purchasing all my sewing and embroidery supplies on-line. I recently found myself in a panic when I had to fulfil an order of my own when I realised I'd run out of a particular shade of ribbon. I telephoned Jaycotts directly asking how quickly an order could be processed - this was at 3.40 pm on the Friday. A very helpful member of their customer service team took my order over the phone and I received it the very next day just before 4.25 pm!! Hugely impressive customer service - can't praise them enough.

Brilliant service, arrived the next day fantastic. Great quality and priced zips for my project. Thank you highly recommended.

Jaycotts are a pleasure to deal with and customer service is second to none. I can’t rate them highly enough.

I am inexpert at using a sewing machine but I can muddle along usually taking 2 or 3 times as long as I should.
I needed to buy a zip. Jaycotts staff were great to speak to and very helpful and patient explaining all the different widths and types of zips about which I hadn't a clue!
The zips arrived speedily.
I had questions about the suitability of one I had chosen and a member of staff talked me through things, posted out another zip saying I could return the one I wasn't going to use.
Both members of staff made my phone calls thoroughly enjoyable. I hope they felt the same!

Now this is what I call good old fashioned service! Placed order late on Sunday evening. Received via first class post today - Wednesday of same week. Prices are truly excellent - half what I would pay in my local shop, and because I spent more than £25 (who wouldn't at those prices!), - free postage. Jaycotts - I will be back!! Jaycott's has been a lifeline during lockdown as I began to sew more. Not only do they have extensive stock at good prices, they consistently despatch items quickly, they respond to queries quickly, and I think they're a great company.

I called Jaycotts because I wanted press fasteners and was not sure exactly what I needed. They were very helpful on the phone and had what I needed in stock so I ordered without checking the prices. When I had a quick look online later I found that the prices were actually lower at Jaycotts than elsewhere.
Unfortunately one part of my order was supplied in the wrong colour, but the company replaced it the next day and sent me an envelope for the return of the wrong item.
Truly excellent customer service and I will go back to them when I need anything else.

Superb service - quick turnaround; do not charge the earth for delivery. Helpful on the phone; excellent range of haberdashery - e.g. colours of bias bindings and threads.

I have ordered a few times from Jaycotts - mainly thread - and I just wanted to say thank you. You are so amazingly quick with delivery.
It is like deciding to go to the shops because you need something straight away. That is pretty much like shopping at Jaycotts, it almost always arrives straight away! And your delivery costs make it easy to order small cost items.

What an amazing company. This is not the first time I have placed an order with them, and I feel they deserve that I take the time to review their efficient service. Their range of products is wide, their prices are highly competitive and, unlike a lot of their competitors, they do not feel that they should supplement their prices by inflating the cost of postage. I placed my order late Monday, was advised by email and text yesterday that my order had shipped, and received it today, Wednesday. What an outstanding service and what a lovely company to work with. They will definitely be my first port of call for any subsequent sewing products that I require. It must be hard at these times of online only shopping, to provide such an efficient service and I commend them and highly recommend them.

First time I have used Jaycotts. Service exceptionally quick. I wanted 2 metal zips for a bag making project and so to make postage worthwhile ordered more nylon zips and some threads. Upon opening the package I probably wouldn’t have bothered counting the zips and just put them in my drawer but as the 2 metal ones were missing I did a full count. 3 zips were missing. Not a good first impression. To be fair when I phoned, the man apologised and sent them to arrive the next day. Not sure I would rush to use them again if so lax with accuracy of my order.
