First thing, the used products price is usually heavly discounted, the other camera shopping site like mpb, wex sell the used camera for higher prices based on the market, I bought fujifilm X-E4 which was 550 pounds and was in a very good condition. Second, the support was very good, I made a mistake and ordered the standard delivery, and even after 3 days, after I explained that I would be needing it this weekend for a work, they immediately changed the delivery date to tomorrow. The support guy named Henry was so understanding and patient. I would recommend Jessops to anyone and everyone just for their good service and discounts.

Avoid to selling at Jessops. TIME WASTED.
I have sent a Fujifilm GF lens to Jessops for sale. The lens was in mint condition (I just used twice). I have taken plenty of picture before sent out. They received the items and told me they are unable to accept the item due to fungus and missing lens bag??? There are no options to include the lens bag when you submit the form. And I am 100% sure the lens is mint without fungus.
I have replied their email asking for the proof of the fungus but they never get back to me. They keep my item over ONE WEEK without any updates. Also, returned my item in a POOR THIN cardboard box WITHOUT any fragile labels.
To be honest I don't think they care about my item. Totally awful experience with them and time wasted. If you are looking for selling, don't waste your time.

Ordered a camera said it was in stock, never got any emails about it so emailed them asking when I would receive, they said they wouldn’t have it in stock until August (this was March) . So I cancelled my order since I needed it for June. They said I would get a full refund, it’s now been 3 weeks and still haven’t received a refund .

Shrewsbury Store - Went into the store with a problem with a camera that had been repaired by Jessops.
Despite being very busy, Michael looked into the matter very calmly, and called the service centre. The service centre agent guided Michael through a way of correcting the problem (the Service Centre had failed to take the cameral out of 'Service Mode.'
I wish to record the fact that Michael provided outstanding service and was very polite and understanding from the outset.
Michael should be given an award or recompense by the Management!

Jessops have replied and made the standard response. This indicates they havent actually read my comments. I did not get rejected by Klarna. I rejected them owing to excessive information gathering.

All but impossible to use their Interest
free offer with Klarna. They want way, way too much information. Ridiculouse. I am an existing customer with both Jessops and Klarna and still they wanted a payment up front. Connection to my bank account for 30 days!!!? and passport and selfie. They may want more but I stopped at that point.

The assistant went the extra mile in identifying suitable cameras for myself and my wife. One wasn't in stock at the shop and expected that I would have to order it online but when she found out they could do it for us the process was completed. The courier company confirmed they had been instructed almost by return. Great service.

Amazing service. I ordered the films on a Friday afternoon, & they arrived the next morning. Less than 24 hours from order to delivery, & on a Saturday no less! At no extra charge! Unbelievable. My late father-in-law was a professional photographer, & he always used Jessops, saying their customer service was fantastic. Looks like things haven't changed, & as my child takes up the family tradition of film photography, another generation gets to experience the joy of Jessops. Thanks guys.

The two people I dealt with at Jessops York were friendly and helpful. I paid my deposit and the lens was sent for checking and servicing. The lens was returned within a week fully operational after a firmware update and cleaning/checking. There was no additional charge beyond the deposit. I cannot praise the team there enough. Excellent!

I nipped into the store as I’m looking to upgrade my camera and I was a bit unsure if I wanted to go ahead and purchase a mirrorless camera and I met a lovely lady called Jo and the service she offered was superb. She really went in to great detail of why it was better option. She even let have a look of the equipment that I wanted to be sure that is what I wanted. Her knowledge and her kindness was absolutely wonderful. She talked me through the steps of how to go on purchasing and trading my old camera in. Honestly 10/10 service. Will be going back and making that purchase

Poor service. No email received following passport photos. Left 3 separate voicemails with no response. Contacted their customer service who had been in touch with the store and informed that i had to go back to the store for my email. I visited the store to be told all information in any email is already on the photo and should have been told this. I finally got my email. No apology for my time wasted. I'm disappointed at lack of acknowledement and apalling care and service. After using this store several times i will would avoid and never use again.
