Twice I have used this price comparison site and twice it has been a complete fiasco, both times I got an acknowledgement that they had received my booking then thye contact me and tell me the booking is declined and I need to pay more, this was two separate companies. If you cant trust the price you are given is the price you will pay there is no point using it.

So far, great.

I try to book 3 different flights with then but when they suppose to send me the ticket always there a issue,either there is not seat for the flight you requested or is not longer available or the price increases suddenly and of course they offer you another flight with the same length and same conditions for 200£ 0r 300£ hundred more,they offer me by phone a flight for 950£ in the morning and in the evening the same flight for 850£ although all day long the offer online was 613£ ,I screenshot and send to then and day say is price increases all over the page....such a scam!

It appears that this search engine does not verify the sites using its service. Flightfarehub is one of the fraudulent ones on Jetcost search engine. Flightfare will take your info to book flights that do not exist at the offered pricing. They will then ask you to call an 833 number for a different or better deal to reissue or to cancel. At this point is where they sttempt to defraud you.

Again, don’t use them.

SCAM!! FRAUD!! DO NOT BOOK!
Within minutes called me and said that "the promotional offer" I purchased had expired and instead of a round trip that they were booking me ONE WAY for SAME PRICE. I requested to cancel and they wanted to charge $100 per passenger for cancelation fee. I requested supervisor and the guy on the phone refused and said he was the manager and all cancelation approvals had to go through him and in a threatening manner asked me if I wanted to be charged the full flight amount ($1052) instead of agreeing to the cancelation fee. He eventually agreed to only charge $80 per passenger for a cancellation fee. The email correspondence with this company was sent from "HoHoFlights" and the transaction on my account posted under "Fare Sniffers".

Easy to use Website, great to get around

Jet cost and their associated companies are a scam. DO NOT book anything with them. I tried to to book twice with 2 different links and both times after paying and getting a confirmation number the indian outsourced companies (sign of fraud) call back to say the booking is not available and u have to pay extra

I've booked for a flight and they called me and asking me for more money for the flight fare and they can't offer me the flight. I've booked the flight they are asking me for an alternative flight. I've booked it with The Flights Fare so I think that's a scam and everyone should be aware.

This site redirected me with a booking to a scam site (Travodeals) where I wasted my time on long calls asking for higher prices and had to block my credit card to stop misuse. Never use this site.

NOT REPUTABLE

I booked a non-stop flight for my son on Wednesday, 1/24/24 from Indianapolis to Chicago for the dates of 1/31 to 2/6. My son immediately received an email that his flight was confirmed and the payment was submitted; however, we did not receive the eticket. After a few days we called on the status of the eticket to which we were told he’s on the waitlist for the flight. To remedy this situation they wanted to book him on a flight that was $400 more than the original purchase price. They claimed to have attempted to call us to let us know the original flight was not confirmed, yet there is no record of the call in our phone logs.

I was skeptical of this company when I booked the flight as I had not heard of them and should have listened to my gut. BEWARE DOING BUSINESS WITH JET COST AND JET SCANNER (more like jet scammer)
