I waited for a delivery no time slot turned up while was out didn’t put in a safe place or take to a neighbour I rescheduled for the following day no show up no delivery updates I went onto the live chat said they would be delivering today no updates no email nothing how is this company running a business it’s disgusting you can’t speak to a live person iv now asked eBay to cancel my order it’s shocking

After three months of regular use, I was suddenly banned completely unexpectedly. I contacted Jodel, and learned that apparently I had been banned by support, despite the fact that I had received many thanks from other users, had helped those in need that I could and had reported malicious trolling etc. Reasons given for my ban were mindless and unfounded. Examples given were one single word as a comment, which was a joke, and meaningless and not even controversial or anything like that. Other given example was me not promoting "good vibes" when I told honestly about certain negative experiences that I've had, while at the same time being attacked by vicious trolls and a gaslighter. Additionally, I saw a lot of that type of destructive behaviour from certain users, such as trolls ganging up on suicidal commentator and urging him to end his life. Yet I was singled out to get a ban for no reason. Instead of "good vibes", I got more Russian government-type of vibes from Jodel's so called "support". Truly a disturbing experience.
Customer service does not answer any questions. They don't care about customers at all.
Best way to know what's going on in your city! It's also refreshing to talk to people you wouldn't talk to otherwise, eg for political debates.
I don’t understand anymore. I just got banned again probably because I didn’t agreed with some people. Having different opinions is NORMAL in conversations. You can’t ban people because of that.
According to Jodel's support, Finnish laws are provoking and unnecessarily unfriendly. I was referring to finnish national laws and finnish national social and health service when people where spreading false information about sexual abuse. I got banned and not the people who where spreading false information. Now I am trying to find out where I can report this person, because this is discrimination. Lies can be told, but facts cannot.
Hi, would like to share with you how bad is this courier company. I have ordered some bedsheets (not from them, but they were delivering). So on Friday I've got a text message, that the package has been delivered, however nothing has been received by me, despite me beig at home all day. No slip was left (like Royal Mail "Something For You").After raising this with a courier company, their answer was following:

Seriously guys??? Behind the bin? :D I wouldn't recommend this company and would never ever use them, also I would ask anyone, from who I'll be buying anything, that I don't want for this company to deliver as the only thing they can do is to take money, all the rest doesn't matter for them.
