Reliable, solid and exceeds expectation...
Superb customer experience from start to finish backed up (pardon the pun) with an excellent product. The software and apps are solid performers and the server speed of up/downloads is on top form consistently.
The option to have sync/backup and archive is incredibly useful and much more on offer than the usual backup solutions.
Highly recommended!

An "okay" private cloud solution
Jottacloud's pricing and software is decent.
As a product it seems unfinished, though.
Interacting with their Backup solution and website interface is clunky.
Their Camera Upload feature doesn't yet support Android intuitively.
Support was brief and precise but unhelpful in my case.
I have now closed my paid account at Jottacloud, and I will be using Dropbox with Boxcryptor instead.
