They backup every device that I have and everything is fast and easily accessible. At the same time they have a nifty AI search engine that works pretty good. But, I wish It would go through and look for duplicates or potential bad media that I can review and delete if I want.

I have no problems with the quality of their service. My desire or wish is that they would give you more for the money you pay every month. I find the service expensive.

Something sounds like it's not quite right. Have you made sure you have the latest versions of our apps? Here's the newest desktop app; https://jottacloud.com/en/download, and look through your phone app store to see if anything needs updating there!

Re folder size: this is actually a tricky challenge (for most cloud services). Calculating the total size of a folder, including all its subfolders and files, requires a lot of processing power. To always display up-to-date folder sizes, we’d need to run constant background jobs that recalculate sizes every time even the smallest change is made; like adding, deleting, or moving a single file.
This creates a kind of domino effect, which can slow things down significantly. While we completely understand the value of having folder sizes readily available, we’re still working on finding a solution that’s both accurate and efficient.

Could not be (much) happier
I have been using Jottacloud Personal Unlimited as one of my two offsite backups for almost 4 years now and could not be (much) happier.
It works perfectly with rclone and unlike some competitors with interesting prices it does not require the use of some crappy proprietary client software (which in worst case does not run on Linux).
Of course, there is a limit in unlimited: The upload rate is throttled when exceeding 5 TB of storage which is transparently described both in the order process and in the JC docs.

Best Archiving solution
I have been with Jottacloud for 6 years now, I might be storing more that normal, but best way to keep whats important to me, I have archive of old computer just in case I might need something, and it came handy multiple time, where I had to pull a file dating from years back. I was so happy I could find the files I needed, save me from having to go a rabbit hole to find it again, or just consider it lost.

Jottacloud works well
Jottacloud works well, and I recommend its usage.
One major problem is when uploading files, and somehow the transfer is stopped ,then restarted
, the transfer does not continue but completely restarts from the beginning.
But Jottacloud is a really good product

Has support for API and Command Line applications to hook in. Making it easy to back up my NAS device. I have been able to restore files I accidentally deleted locally. I have no complaints.
