Over the last couple of months I've been able to move all my tools over to kb,the quality of her products really are outstanding,the new light is a no brainer the covrage you get especially with the 2 side lights on is excellent no shadows,easily moves lots of light brightness which is also fab if you suffer with migraines as theres no flashing and you can independently turn the side lights of but keep the main on,the e-file wow I've never used one as smooth & quite (i was mesmerised by this & the drill bits ) ,the hand piece is nice & light it just fits perfect,when using i have to check it is on as its that quite no vibrations at all and the battey lasts forever,the efile drill bits wow I've never used bits as smooth which cut through like butter with no pressure at all from your hand they just glide,i adore the new skinny range as you really can get into those tiny places with ease plus you can see the nail plate so much better using the skinny bits,all in all kb tool range really is a elite range that gets your nail game out of this world 🩷

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I purchased this product just over a month ago and used it once. Shortly after, it began malfunctioning. As an international customer making my first purchase with this company, I had high expectations—especially considering the premium price point.

When the issue began, I followed every request from customer service: I sent videos, photos, and detailed explanations. I spent weeks, which is a considerable amount of time, going back and forth, clearly outlining the issue and asking—pleading, even—for the level of customer service one would expect with a high-end product and certainly not how I would ever treat one of my clients.

Unfortunately, instead of being offered a replacement or proper support, I was told I would need to pay nearly $50 (plus international shipping) for a part they believe may have malfunctioned. Keep in mind, this device was used once with Extreme care.

The entire experience has left me frustrated and incredibly disappointed. I felt unheard and undervalued as a customer. This was my first purchase with the company—and sadly, it will be my last.
Please buyer beware.

Hands down this is the best company I have ever found and I’m proud to say I only use there Efile and products. The efile is the smoothest I have ever used and the team are honestly all so lovely. I’ve had a couple of questions and Pip on the customer service team is the best. Really polite and efficient, with the quickest replies and solutions to my queries. Thank you

DO NOY BUY their efile !! I paid £350 and I have had nothing but problems after 1 month of using it . Whilst I was using it all of a sudden it sounded louder and started to vibrate more in my hand so I contacted the company to be told to send it back at my own cost and they will repair it , after a week with no file they contacted me to say it's not covered on the warranty as the file not machine had DUST init ! I've followed everything on how to clean it but how can I stop dust getting into the file whilst I am using it??? It's a file that gets covered in dust !! I told them how ridiculous they said I have to pay £40 for repair then they will return it back to me !!! I had to pay as they had my file!! Now another 2 month later whilst using it it's happened again ! I've contacted them and they want me to pay AGAIN!! How can you stop dust getting into the machine?? This should not happen ! They have sold me a faulty file and then got more money out of me to fix it ! They have now blocked me , Feel disgusted that they can sell faulty equipment and then charge you to fix it .
Hasn't lasted 3 1/2 months ! Shocking

100% recommend all katie barnes tool range and education. My nail prep and final finish of nails has improved tremendously helping to also cut down time on my services. Good quality products and excellent training with thorough in depth knowledge and information of all aspects of nails,tools and equipment is phemonimal. I wouldn't use any other tools now. I'm truly converted to this brand and everything it represents ❤️ thank you 😊

Superb customer service.
I had a fault with my efile and it was received, repaired and dispatched back to me within the day. Meaning I wasn't without it for long at all. I was kept informed the whole time.

Katie herself is an absolute fountain of knowledge, and I really appreciate how she makes it accessible through the detailed, well-structured courses (of which I have purchased many). It's clear she genuinely cares about supporting nail professionals at every level. The tools are excellent quality, they've genuinely helped me refine my services.
