This is my second year running with…

This is my second year running with Kennco. The only reason I went with them for a second year was, they where the cheapest around and asking for the lowest deposit. Well it was the biggest mistake I ever made. Start from the time I renewed, it should of been straight forward, just continue on from the way we did business the year before and I confirm that with them. Leaving money in my account for 1st month direct debt for them to never take it. They then called looking for there money to which I explained the above, they told me this was in fact their fault as they never sent up the mandate on time, and because of this wanted double. My answer being you think I'd be paying month if I had that money sitting around. This contuine for weeks until, a week before I was going away, they now wanting 3 times the amount, I gave them one month, which should of put any remaining amount onto the end of the policy. Only to find out less then 2 weeks later they take over 100 Euro while I'm in another country. Next phone call showed even how more how poorly they did business. The money I paid before I went away they refund but wanted back and claimed to know nothing about the transaction of over 100 Euro. Many phones calls later, they admitted to getting the over 100 Euro. Now keep in mind this whole time my monthly dd was coming out no problem. Just this one month was the issue at this stage. Which bring me to today, I called up to find out how much to move insurance to a new car, to only find out I've got less then 12 hours to decide if I'm going ahead and give them the money or they are cancelling my policy. But nothing could be done there and then cause the guy was going home. I have to be 1st caller in the morning to keep my insurance. They are a joke. DONT LET THE CHEAP PRICES PULL YOU IN.

Very dodgy people

Very dodgy people. After cancelling our car insurance after one month due to late arrival of no claims bonus which was not our fault they could not tell me how much of the 300 euro we had already paid they would be refunded. They said despite now having the with the no claims statement we would have to open a new policy!? Asked how long before they would take to work out our refund they said couple of days?? No word yet. Obvious that they are on commission only and have been paid there bonus already. Taking out a new policy would only give them more commission. Do no use this bunch Dodgy as ****.

They are so inefficient

They are so inefficient. Long time, years to issue a repayment cheque even if a lawyer is involved... Worst insurance company ever!!! They don't respect the law and think they can do whatever they want.
