Received it all within a couple of days, all items good quality and perfect.

We made a mistake with our first order and had to return and exchange to an alternative, this was done very effectively. However took some time to get the refund from the first order, I had to initiate the problem to the sales team to follow up and resolve. Overall a pleasure to deal with.

Bought worktop ready for my builders to fit, I found using ordering online much easier due to pre ordering samples less stressful than shopping although I am nearing having my new kitchen installed.

Everything about my transaction was top quality. The company went to great lengths to make sure that replacement items that I needed would be an acceptable colour match for a 15years old kitchen, before they let me order. They are an incredibly close match and the delivery was very quick.
They will be my first port of call in future

Good service from start to finish, worktops look great with upstands. Although kitchen not completely finished yet.
One minor suggestion to Formica the 22mm worktop has no rap over it would only need to be 30mm deep
But would help when fitting the 600mm wide onto existing units. Otherwise great looking worktop.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the parts ordered arrived as promised, one item arrived damaged obviously in transit and was replaced at no cost or argument so I have nothing to complain about at all.
