The staff were very friendly and helpful and the parts ordered arrived as promised, one item arrived damaged obviously in transit and was replaced at no cost or argument so I have nothing to complain about at all.

The free samples I sent for arrived very quickly and were really good size pieces to help choose the worktop. The worktops ordered also came quickly, delivered by two men who put them in our garage. The final result was exactly whatbI had pictured. Delighted.

Great communication from the start - offered delivery time to suit within only a few days notice and delivered on time. Call made to me to confirm 60 mins away delivered as requested into garage. Really pleased with our worktop. Company sent my requested samples quickly and sorted my final order professionally. I was able to phone and speak directly to an employee when it came to sorting delivery details which was really helpful. Delivery itself wasn’t quite so good & I did have to change my plans hence the 4 stars

There was a mix up over the date of delivery which I didn’t notice until the week my kitchen fitter was due. I rang and the delivery was immediately fast tracked to arrive within 24 hrs. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The delivery was on time, effortless and the staff immaculate, putting the worktops (which were huge) exactly where I needed them. The quality of the worktops was exceptional and everyone has commented on their wow factor with the matching splash backs and unit plinth. I couldn’t be more satisfied and would recommend this company to all for first class personal service, very reasonable pricing and top quality of materials.

Quick delivery and the sirocco marble worktops and upstands look great. I’ve had many favourable comments about them. Worktops don’t stain. Would highly recommend this company.
