Avoid at all costs….thought I’d purchase a pair of cargo shorts as the colour they had online was sold out everywhere so thought I was lucky for finding them. After no shipping of my order I decided to email the company and ask when they will be shipped. I also asked them to check to make sure the order can be fulfilled. Much to my disappointment, they emailed back a day later with a picture of the shorts they have which are a complete different colour to the pictures they have on their website! I then asked them to cancel the order however I’ve not heard anything since and no cancellation confirmation sent to me. I will be in contact with my bank regarding getting my money back. Really poor service and I wouldn’t purchase ever again from this place. Stay away unless you want issues or wrong items sent.

Ordered a T-shirt for my holidays on 5 day delivery, should have been delivered Friday gone. Emailed klay uk on the Thursday and didn’t receive any response. Now on holiday and sent another email with a response saying my delivery is now lost and no longer available. First and last time using klay uk. Should have listened to the responses on Trustpilot and give this company a miss.

Happy with my Stone island tracksuit. Has Certilogo ect, will use again.

Miss sold an item to be told they won't refund me
Sent them back to now be told they won't refund me till they have checked I've not worn them why would I try clothes on I don't want?? Unbelievable company ...

I'm not sure where to start🤦🏾‍♂️ in March I ordered a pair of Black prada America cups, sadly they got lost during the delivery time, I've got picture proof that a member of staff from the delivery company, just handed my goods to a random person in a vehicle claiming he lived near by, I couldn't see much of the car or the person due to the poor picture, the picture proving that it was delivered. Unfortunately I never got them back but thanks to Klay UK they issued me store credit after providing all the necessary information. It was fast delivered next day and so was my stone island tracksuit that I've now got🙌🏾. Much appreciated, even though they don't have a valid number the response on email is fast. So don't think twice to purchase they will deliver.

Stay away from this company. Ordered clothes that toke days to come. Finally arrived and didn't fit. Emailed several times to be then told my email has gone in spam and the returns period has now expired. Emailed again to discuss this issue and they haven't responded. No returns or phone number to contact company.

Poor service alert ‼️ Ordered a pair of Jordan 4 for my son. Paid £340-00. Klay UK cancelled the order. This was there response after two weeks : “ Unfortunately upon packing your order we found our last pair has two different size shoes in the box” Two different shoe sizes ?! Supplier always offers no name on emails, nor a business address. Consult other reviews on Trust Pilot for further elaboration.
