Scam company.
Shoes arrived but no way of returning. Emails not answered. No phone number.
Old company name in liquidation so probably trying to flog it and sidestep the tax.

UPDATE:
After writing this review, KlayUK contacted me and provided their return address.
I posted the item back to them (at my expense) and they did indeed send a refund for the item.
Although I still think it's a bit fishy to hide the return address, after causing a fuss they did sort it out and were pleasant enough regarding the issue.

PAID FOR ITEMS AND THEY HAVE NOT BEEN RECEIVED! NO ONE RESPONDS TO EMAILS AND THERE IS NO NUMBER TO CONTACT THEM I AM HOPING THAT MY BANK WILL RESOLVE

Awfull got a stone island set few months back and the shorts came ripped Iv tried to contact them many of times absolute joke to be honest as the set was over 450 pound no reply from customer service joke of a system not even a reply or nothing

Great service, asked for next day delivery as it was needed before weekend and this was taken care of with no extra charge. Will definitely use again.

Worst company that I’ve order avoid at all cost I’ve placed couple orders in all of them I received wrong items or missing I’ve emailed them to let them know and they said that they waiting for stock and that they on back order it’s been since 7 months now and they didn’t do nothing they stopped replying to me emails and they put the same items still for sale and they say that they waiting for their supplier that’s unacceptable avoid buying from them you going to regret it

After a few issues all sorted. Would shop here again.

Happy with my order and the service received. I needed to exchange my order and it was sorted very quickly.

Absolutely terrible company to deal with. Ordered stone island shorts and t-shirt set for my 14 year old son. Took 10 days for shorts to come and 11 for tshirt. Then when shorts came they wer the wrong style shorts and the wrong colour. Went back and forth with emails and this company were adamant these were the updated version of shorts I had ordered. Not a word on they were the wrong colour. And with taking 11 days for order to come I only had 3 day to get them back to them as there policy is returns need to be back 14 days after order is placed. Finally got my money back 3 weeks later. If could leave a zero I would. Ordered same set from label menswear and correct order here within 3 days. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Avoid this company! Ordered a pair of CP shorts to have no communication at all with the company after 15 days, no reply to emails nothing for them to then randomly cancel my order with no explanation! Really wish I read the reviews before ordering!
