Klay Uk 

I ordered a wrong size Dsquared2 T-shirt at first and they instantly got it sorted for me through instagram with great and friendly customer service and got me it shipped out the next day.

Purchased stone island swim shorts and was too small, explained I needed too exchanges ASAP as I needed for my holiday. Sent back to me on next day delivery as soon as reached klay. Will be shopping with them again.

Would not let me return a product
Straight up refused as I had bought it from someone.

The reason was because I’m a business and the returns policy is different yet this isn’t mentioned anywhere in their policy

Plenty of other reviews mentioning they don’t accept returns so be careful if you’re unsure on sizing

I had a lot off trouble with my order which did not turn up with DPD. But after a lot of back and forth with klay uk which kept pushing the complaint to DPD they finally sorted it out for me, and klay uk refunded me back. I cannot blame klay uk for this as they done everything to chase this up for me. Its the delivery company at fault.

Accidentally clicked standard delivery as I needed next day as going away on holiday emailed klay uk assured me it would arrive on time which it did trustworthy thanks again tops spot on 😎👌🏻

As the trainers I originally ordered were out of stock they contacted me by email and sent a pic of similar with a discount for the mix up. Great customer service couldn’t ask for more

Bought a T shirt from here. Came in good time, decent packaging, good quality. Would use again.

Ordered a set to use for holiday, item turned up exactly what i expected but unfortunately i ordered the wrong size. 2 days to go until i go away, i messaged Klay and made them aware. Responded straight the way saying send it back next day and we will then send the right size out next day delivery for you.
Package has just turned up which has been turned around within 24 hours. Imagine that, where could you get that kind of service and response? Top customer service and care, proper company!!!!!!

Ordered a Stone Island jacket from Klay on Thursday evening and it arrived Saturday morning. I’ve ordered off this website a few times and I’ve always had great service and great products. Will definitely be using them again in the future.
