Absolutely terrible customer service and poor attitude. Promise one thing and do another, takes them over a week to answer your email back and when they finally do answer it’s nothing but false promises and lies. Avoid at all cost!!!

I ordered a tracksuit from Klay, and had realised I ordered the wrong size (completely my fault), but Klay went out of their way to helping me get the right size. They ordered a new product in the size I wanted to replace the initial order.

Very very disappointed,I ordered a mallet pair of trainers for my sons 21st birthday and they arrived with such poor packaging and the whole mallet box was ripped 😭I emailed and was offered an exchange but it was my sons birthday the next day which I explained and they didn’t even offer me a free next day delivery,I explained This and didn’t even get a reply back,very very poor customer service and now I will never order again from them.

issue with original order fast response and provided alternative option wich was perfect, went above and beyond to get the replacement out to me in time for a date night!!

The whole process has been disappointing. Firstly I didn’t receive a confirmation from Klay UK to even let me know the product was being shipped. I chased Klay UK for a confirmation after sending a message via their website, but got no reply! Then the product just turns up at my door via my local postman. No notification to say it was being delivered so could have easily missed it if I wasn’t in. Then the worse part was I open the box the jacket has arrived in and the plastic packs has holes in it. Appalling packaging especially for a £400 jacket. Basically I should have just bought the jacket via Ralph Lauren themselves as it was the same price and I would have at least got a presentation box and told when it was turning up!!!!

Had a problem with an online order for a stone island jacket in a size large. They tried their best to resolve but in the end they refunded me with a quick turn around. Can't fault their customer service, hence the 5 stars.

Used klay a few times now , never had no issues. Would recommend

Ordered a stone island hoodie did get a little nervous as didn’t receive a dispatch notice, contacted them threw Instagram and had a response straight away they then kept me updated threw Instagram as to what was going on item arrived when they said it would and was perfect! Checked authentication and was spot on would defo buy from them again,

Terrible company, sent the wrong items via courier, ordered over £300 and got two t shirts, wrong size, and this is the really good bit one of the t shirts that i ordered that was a large instead of a small was £25 cheaper than what I paid. Totally screwed my boys birthday presents up....Rubbish, never again

I Ordered an essentials tracksuit for a Christmas present for my son - it arrived beautifully packaged and so quickly. I was worried as I ordered last minute and I live in Northern Ireland; I really had no need to worry. Thank you Klay and I will definitely be purchasing from you again!

Avoid this website at all costs.. I wouldn't trust it at all. I ordered an essentials tracksuit which was sold out in all the reputable online stores so this was my last bet, I had a funny feeling to begin with as was £120 over the original price.. I bought it as my heart was set on the tracksuit, it said delivery within 5 days. Over a week later and no sign of tracksuit or no correspondence from retailer. I emailed and granted they replied quickly although very unprofessionally written with spelling mistakes and broken language. Having read all the other bad reviews I think this website is just another scam selling fake clothes. They emailed back saying it was coming from America which I thought was strange as stated 5day delivery and I live in the UK. Anyways I have been refunded thankfully as used a payment plan option otherwise I doubt I would have got my money back... seems like a scam so stay well clear!!!

Ordered a Burberry t-shirt The item wasn’t even packaged properly with the label cut off and lying loosely inside the t-shirt. Emailed Klay to tell them that someone had obviously sent it back and that they have resent it out without checking. They said that all items are checked with labels attached, blatant lies. I returned the item the very next morning and to this day still not had any communication with Klay. Thanks to Klarna I contacted them and they refunded me within a day. Will never use again.

Ordered a cp company overshirt with express shipping on a Tuesday I emailed a few times because I wanted tracking info and to adjust the order I had made but no reply got to Sunday never heard anything back useless company completely ignored me many times I've been refunded haven't received the funds yet looking this was through clearpay and they were about to step in terrible customer service 0 customer care avoid at all costs

Fast delivery, shoes are fabulous

Fast delivery - ordered Sunday night and arrived first thing Tuesday. Were the cheapest online for the item I wanted too!

I left a 1 star review but since decided to delete after they explained the cp company shorts was sent the wrong size in the right size package
So it wasn’t actually there fault it caused me issues which isn’t nice but the refund was made
So I’ve made another review
I never got the shorts for holiday but 🤷‍♂️

Ridiculous. Don’t believe in their advertising i ordered canada goose which was really expensive for 600 paund as i thought i found it cheaper at klay uk and instead they send me the same one i could have bought it at flannel for the same price. Expect that it got throw in the garden by dpd as it was worthless package and as well i get an answer that now the price has gone up. In the same day that i placed the order i check it and this one was cheaper the one they send me. They advertised pictures of another model of jacket and send me another one

Was worried because I hadn’t received any info on my order and it had been 6 days so I emailed and they told me the package was lost and got one sent out on next day delivery arrived on Saturday 👍🏻
