DO NOT USE THIS FIRM STONE ISLAND T SHIRT BAG RIPPED OPEN SECOND HAND TAGS WHICH HAD BEEN SCRUBBED OUT AND JUST FLUNG IN THE BAG T SHIRT SCREWED UP TO FXXX DEFINATELY WONT BE USING AGAIN THEIR SAYING SORRY AND SEND IT BACK. Stay well clear !!!
Nightmare transaction, paid £400 for a coat, they sent the wrong one I sent it back at my cost and refuse to refund, as it arrived after 14 days of them sending it, I didn't even order that coat.
They don't issue a returns note or instruct a carrier they expect you to send back at your own cost.
1 month after paying the £400 for the coat I still dont have it.
No contact number, no address, terrible trading practices, STAY AWAY

Hi unfortunately the customer is not 100% correct. Yes we hold our hands up that the customer did receive a slightly different coat, we confirmed the returns address to the customer and we agreed we will cover the shipping cost , aswell as sending the correct coat once the return is received.

At the time of the customers review, the coat was still not returned, a month after us giving them the returns address, so how could we send an alternative jacket.

In regards to a refund , yes it was declined because the customer still had not returned the coat after one month as agreed.

Unfortunatelywas to large exchanged during royal mail strike took a while but emails were replied very quikly with updates

Poor quality item & rude replies

Awful experience. Order came in good time but appeared tatty and second hand. I sent this back within 24 hours if receipt for a full refund, as I was advised to do by the company. Since they received it back, it took days and days of chasing them on social media for anyone to even reply to me.
When they did the replies were rude. Would never use them again.

Buyer was refunded within two days of returning the item.

In regards to reply time the buyer contacted us via twitter, a platform we are not very active on, all messages were replied to inside 24 hours. We state on website please contact us via email for returns where you will get a quicker response.

All items we sell are 100% brand new , buyer never told us of a issue with the item looking second hand in our conversation.
