Order was over a week late after i paid extra for the delivery, now trying to contact them through email to return the item but not having any luck so far, can anyone help? Item that was sent could be packaged abit better, really dont understand why you would have to email them for a returns address seems abit odd to me

First I pay for next day delivery doesn’t turn up so 3 days later I send a message and they respond telling me they packed navy instead of black for this bag and then when it does turn up it’s the wrong one! Upon reading the reviews I don’t even want to send it back because god knows how they will deal with such a complicated situation very poorly run business/customer service is not there strong point would avoid them at all costs

Honestly I have never shopped on this site before never even herd of them, AFTER I made my first purchase i decided to look for reviews, instantly I regretted it as it had so many bad reviews, however this site was the only site that had Neon Green balenciaga for kids for a great price. I received them today and had to leave a review. they are authentic it was shipped the next day. I am very very happy with purchase. thank you for your honesty

Made 3 orders and all 3 were messed up in one way or another - non receipt, wrong size etc. Tried to contact and no reply.

Genuine Burberry hoodie received, communication could’ve been a little better however I was dealing with them over New Years when they may not of been operating. Genuine item with tags attached.

Ordered a stone island jumper as Tessuti kept on cancelling order as didn't have size in. After I ordered I thought I'd been scammed I ordeed right near near year. Didn't receive a order confirmation. Sent a email got a response in no time saying my order would be here tomorrow. Order arrived day after. Fits like a glove and 100% authentic checked clothes with cerilogo

Will be ordering again as I now know it's a genuine site never leave reviews but thought this needed it.

Spent 500 quid on Valentino's, the stud fell off the same day i wore them. I emailed, no reponse, i emailed again. Bearing in mind they sent me a WORN pair!!!
They said its nothing to do with klay and they wont do anything i had to send two emails to get a reply back.A guy called danny, told me to glue the stud on.

They did not offer to take the product back, they did not even bother to look at the images i sent them, they said they cant issue warranty on used items? I mean what does this even mean, so unprofessional, they did not even give me a proper solution as to why.

Never ever ever ordering again, I recommend the same to you all they have no after sales just one email that orders go through and etc. Worse every company i came across in my life

I'm really Not happy with this company. I ordered a stone Island jumper in sky blue , it arrived and I noticed it was a darker colour than it was supposed to be, I checked the label and noticed the colour code was for grey Perla, not sky blue. I contacted klay uk but they have not bothered to respond to me. I spent over £200 on a jumper and it's not the colour I wanted. I'm very disappointed due to having not reply from them and I absolutely won't be purchasing anything from them again.
Edit: they contacted me after reading this review, they said that colour is a subjective thing and it isn't important to advertise the correct colour with correct colour title! Who are these people?? Shocking!

Wasn't sure too start with when ordering shoes but shoes are 100% authentic, would use company again.

Am writing on behalf of my sister who bought an item from these people that was clearly fake. No response from the seller with regards to this. Looks like the financial ombudsman and trading standards are her only recourse now. Such a shame.

I see that the seller has attempted to discredit my review by flagging it. Despite my review being in line with numerous others on this site. Goes to show really.

Clothes are nothing to what they are in photos use are a joke

I ordered something from these guys and it was great, good email communication and the product came quick. The product didnt fit anyway but did have a fault with it. When i tried to return I was getting no response from them. No response on 2 emails, or facebook despite them still posting. I returned the product to the address on the wesbsite and wrote a letter to put in the packaging and still no contact from the company. The communication is the only thing letting them down.
