Was a bit wary on ordering after seeing some reviews but can’t fault these guys at all. Delivered 24 hours after purchasing it and for all the people claiming they are fakes you can scan the barcode on certilogo. 100% genuine will be ordering again.

First and foremost paid £11 next day delivery and did not receive my item for three days apparently this was due to the bank holiday why I wasn’t told this or reimbursed I’ll never no . My item arrived with no invoice no packaging very unprofessional I have never seen this from a legitimate company it was chucked in a bag full of creases As you can imagine I was amazed it was £180 Alexander McQueen T-shirt I was totally disgusted I then sent it back originally it got held up at Royal mail there was some sort of issue with returning it to the place Klay UK claim to receive the goods. After a number of emails I now have my refund I do not believe this website to be authentic everything about it just doesn’t add up I have a number of photos and emails with regards to my item which I shall be uploading on social media please avoid this company.

Don’t use this company. Fake, used items. Don’t refund you. Just go via the financial ombudsman.

Very fast Service. Ordered Monday 5pm was hear by Wednesday dinner time. I would very much recommend. Very good quality clothing too !! Very happy .

Just received my stone island hoodie that I ordered 3 days ago, very good quality and no different to my other 2 bought from flannels so no issues with authenticity , packaging leaves a bit to be desired but overall would use again

Do not use this company. They don’t take returns. I received a t shirt covered in marks. They said I caused it so I don’t get a refund. Ready made excuse to try exempt themselves. I’m taking them to a small claims court that’s how bad they are. Lot of customers having similar problems. My cousin was rejected a refund for similar excuse as mine.

I brought a pair of jeans for 240 not even a month old and the stiching is coming lose contact them they said nothing they can do as I have worn them once so we'res my customers rights

Ordered a pair of off white trainers. Turned up two days later. Brand new and authentic. Was weary to order after reading some reviews saying items wasn’t authentic and genuine. Fully disagree as trainers were genuine and brand new! Would defiantly recommend and will be using again!! Thankyou :)

Further on To This absolute rubbish company....I have just received compensation from the Royal Mail a Payment of £21.53p I wasnt expecting anything to be honest but something is better that nothing.....Anyway This Company Klay are absolute rubbish and to prove this when I asked for the address that the Item has to be returned they gave me an address in Grays Essex and yes i still have the Email Klay (Should Be Called Crap) sent me but according to Royal Mail this is a Trucking Company so I looked on Klay website and the address is Brentwood no wonder they did'nt get the item The Idiot who e mailed me gave me the wrong address now i am seriously angry about this and will be taking this further Klay YOY ARE AN ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES........ If anyone uses this company DON'T Use someone else please

I asked for more pics of the louboutins blush as they only had one. (I cheekily asked for more off as had been on sale for months, got a no but meh)
They asked me to goggle the shoes and get pics, the perfect response to reduce fear any scam purchase. They weren't at the unit to take any too, sales must be slow then eh? I asked to send me some when they are there and nothing. They popped up again on fb so had a wee nosey. Trainers are still there but another pic was added. And they are off BLACK Louboutins. The other pic is of pinkish ones. So I sent both pics and asked them why, first they said there was always two pics which is a lie as my prev message states one and two. They put thst pic up to show the red bottom of another pair. So are the ones they selling have no red bottoms. The replies are short and shady and they amy be legit but these trainers are not. Dont not buy until you get actual proof they are real which we shouldn't feel bad in asking

I’m not one to leave bad reviews but my experience with these guys was a particularly bad experience.
So basically I ordered a CP company jacket from there website and in the photo the jacket clearly had a hood, when It arrived it was the same jacket but it had a collar instead of a hood so I raised my concern with them via an Instagram message, I said that I think there’s been a mistake and I’d like a replacement or a refund (I said it in a very nice polite manner) and I received back a very snotty and sarcastic message back telling me that 1) they don’t do refunds and I’d have to exchange it for something else and 2) that in the product description bellow it says “no hood”.
Now to be fair it did say in the product description that it didn’t have a hood but I then couldn’t work out why they were advertising it in the picture with a hood but then saying in the description it didn’t have a hood? It really puzzled me that they were advertising a different design of jacket to the one they were sending out to customers.
Anyways they basically refused to take any blame for it and more or less said it was all my fault, which it was to a certain degree for not reading the description properly but it was also massively there fault for advertising a different design of jacket in the picture than the one they sent me.
So after a lot of back and fourth messages they said either exchange it for something or keep it, I chose to exchange it for something but when I looked on there website they had literally nothing in my size (medium/large) everything was either xsmall or xxlarge and to be honest they didn’t really have a great choice of clothes or shoes anyways, I was quite lucky as I found something that I was sort of happy to exchange it for but I had to keep chasing them up and asking for updates on it as they were taking days to reply to my messages, I just felt like they didn’t really give a damn about there customers and once they had your money they just couldn’t be arsed to listen to your problems, but from reading other peoples reviews it seems like a lot of people have had similar experiences to me or even worse ones, my advice would be stay well clear or if you see something you like on there website I’d recommend you buy it from a different website.

I had a medium jumper sent out which didnt fit and I emailed them they sent me the small back out as soon as they recieved the medium. Great service

Ordered a Burberry hoodie came the next day, top quality item. Good customer service. I was hesitant in ordering from klay with a few poor reviews on here but would just ignore them. Great site & will be ordering again 👍🏻

Ordered a £250 Stone Island jumper from these before xmas. When it arrived it was in some dodgy packaging. No plastic Stone Island bag like you'd expect. The jumper was covered in bits of fluff, looked like someone had been kicking it round in the warehouse. Also the label inside the jumper was ripped / scratched off...

I emailed them to have a moan and some woman gave me a ridiculous story about 'we run out of stock so ordered you one from Flannels' ..... biggest blag ever. The jumper wasnt even in stock on Flannels that's why i used Klay and it would of cost them £30-40 more then what i paid....

I wont be ordering from these clowns again. Rather go Boinclo, Open Attire or Flannels directly...

... i didnt return the item because their refund policy offers store credit only, why would i want store credit with these clowns! It was a few days before christmas i washed the jumper and kept it. The tag inside the jumper with the barcode and the product id and price etc.. That label was peeled and ripped off like someone tried to hide the price tag or product i.d.

Please everyone avoid dealing with these people!

I used klayuk twice and have found the service 5 🌟 I had an issue on my first order, which turned out to be my mistake. The customer service both times were brilliant 👏 👌 would highly recommend
