Spot on company used many times always fast delivery bargain prices for high end items they have posted special delivery and even paid extra to cover costs

I just want to ask are they real or they are like A+ fakes

I ordered a pair of Alexander Mcqueens and being stupid I didnt read before hand about the sizing and ordered the wrong size. I messaged through instagram and they were nothing but helpful and swapped my order with no issue. They were so helpful. My items arrived today after asking for a Saturday delivery and I couldn't be happier with the trainers. I will definitely order again in the near future 🤗

Ordered two CP Company overshirts from Klay now. I’ve never had any issues and the items I’ve ordered have always came within a couple of days. Would recommend them to friends and will be ordering in the future.

Stay well away from these people . Brought a pair of moncler trainers they sent me a size 8 instead of a 9 because I wore them before a noticed they were a 8 . They will not give me a refund or exchange for a 9 . And there at fault . Really not happy £315 for a pair of trainers a cant even wear .... and your reply is a lie klay uk! The trainers arrived on the Saturday I wore them on that Saturday to find out they were an 8 . You messaged me the following Monday to say ur at fault and sent me the wrong size . Ur a rip off!

I used Klay for first time, a very helpful member of staff e mailed me right away to let me know if a change in order which was fine for me and my stuff landed within 3 days. Would recommend.

First time ordering from here, nothing but good things to say. Arrived fast and the quality of the product was great and came with all the certilogos. No issues at all and easy to contact. Definitely recommend.

Ive had nothing but issues with the last 3 items ive purchased, ill start of with the first. I purchased a pair of black and white alexander mcqueens, ive never had a pair before so i asked if they fitted true to size to nikes which is what i normally wear i told them ima size 8 would that fit(it was the last pair they had in that colour way) they told me yes fits true to size which infact it doesnt, after i received the shoe i tried on and were huge on me(i later found out you’re meant to go a full size down,they obviously just wanted a quick sale or didnt know that information ether way is shocking) anyway knowing i wouldnt get my money back i tried to sell on ebay before exchanging them(you get 14 days) however the shoes were removed for being counterfeit(i still have the email for proof) i didnt think they were but I returned the product and gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited for a size 7(this took about a month and a half) anyway i received the shoe and first thing i notice is a dirty mark at the stitching by the ankle i tried rubbing off and it didnt come off after further inspection i notice scuffs and scratches all round the leather were it meets the sole and also all the holes by the side of the shoe were all different sizes and misaligned as well as there being a big dirty mark on the tongue of the left shoe(which shows they dont check products before sending, i also have all the pictures saved for proof) it was clear to see the shoes were faulty and shouldn't have left the production line(i later bought a pair from flannels that were a much better standard with no problems) i then sent back decided to exchange for a top(as the mcqueens were clearly dodgy) i then asked for measurements on a top before hand to make sure id have no more problems and it would fit and after trying the top on i realised it was far too big(may i note this was a week later as i wasnt staying at my house and for some reason this was labelled suspicious even though you get 2 week to exchange) anyhow i measured the product to find the pit to pit measurements were totally wrong(they told me 56cm when it was 60.5) anyway i pointed this out with a photo and they told me they measure from the front and not the back of the top(obviously trying to be sly because why would that make a difference) so i measure from the front and its the same so i repackage it straight away and sent back to them, they then later tell me a numbed of days later they cant accept it as they found a hole in the top(which it was sent to me with i later zoomed in on the pics i sent and you can make it out ever so slightly though they tried to pin the blame on me for the hole even though i just tried it on and took it straight off after realising it was no use as it was far too big) anyway they wont accept responsibility for it being sent dodgy even though they previously sent me faulty mcqueens and clearly cant measure a top properly which is shocking considering its a clothing company and its something basic they should be able to provide i am now left with a top that is far too big and has a hole init, would not recommend this site to anyone after this as they cant even carry out something as simple as a pit to pit measurement(i have screenshots of everything as proof this review is real so it doesnt get removed) Edit: as you can see from other reviews this is a dishonest company, everything i said was 100% true i still have all the chats/screenshots saved to prove its all the truth, the top was returned to them after a week, as i stated i wasn't staying in My house to have tried it on, as also by stated by someone else, none of their products come with dust bags which shows how dodgy they are, also happy to provide pics of the faulty mcqueens they sent, would highly recommend NOT buying from here

Do NOT order from these guys. Ordered on the 24th July still awaiting my parcel. When I emailed them they said must of been lost in post and the communication from their end has been terrible regarding refund. Never will order from these again

Great service. Bought a T shirt that unfortunately did not fit and had it returned for another T shirt. Only downfall, do not email and only contact via Instagram if you want something done - otherwise excellent experience

Ordered some valentinos on next day delivery, emailed asking a couple of questions and got a reply almost straight away. Trainers came when they should of done, cant reallt fault Klay UK in any way 10/10.

Ordered my C. P company goggle hoody from KLAYUK it came with in the time slot it said, well packaged, all certi codes.. Can't go wrong
