I left some old batteries in my 11 year old Led Lenser Police Tech Focus Torch which leaked inside the torch and damaged the battery casing and switch. I contacted LedLenser to enquire about replacement parts and was advised that that they would send Our replacement parts free of charge. I couldn’t believe this as the torch was long out of warranty and the battery issue was my fault. Brilliant service.

Excellent customer service received. Sent a new part through the next day (free of charge) for a 4 year old well used torch. Couldn't be happier. Very surprised on others poor reviews, the service I received was top notch.

I have a LEDlenser H7 head torch. It was intermittently faulty from day 1. The fault got progressively worse and it became so I could not rely on the head torch as I would put it on charge, it would show fully charged but it wouldn't work. I contacted LEDlenser support who basically didn't want to know even though at the time this was less than a year old. I would never buy a product with this name on again. Unilite are much better as they have customer service!!

Great product, as long as the battery lasts. When the battery fails, in my case after 6 years, you bin the very expensive torch as Led Lenser will not supply replacement batteries. They will however happily try and sell you a new and even more expensive torch.

Comming from MagLite which IMO is highly overrated and disappointing I decided to buy a "premium" brand. Well, just dropped my P7 torch on a wooden floor from no more than max. 10 inches while crawling around an attic. Instant death. Tried to change the batteries etc. to no avail. This product is way to expensive to be this sensitive in a work environment. I will never buy LED Lenser again.

I'm a headlamp nerd. I love them for work and random adventure. I use several brands but Ledlenser H6R was my favorite. I have bought about 10 of them for work, hobby, and adventure purposes. The H6R had some durability issues with frequent use and I had several replacements due to cable glitches, but Ledlenser always took care of me. The last time, Ledlenser returned the replacement lamp to the wrong address. My post office returned the package to Ledlenser. I contacted Ledlenser and they told me that they never received it and it was on me. They showed no interest in helping me. Disappointing, to say the least. I will not bother them again with business.

P18R, one model with a lot of problems and from Led Lenser nothing hear about this model who it's horrible with software.
First time when I check to see how is working, press many times like the manual instruction say with all necessary attention to not omit any kind of detail but do not respond to Off switch and remain On. Also, when try switch On and keep function memory after Of selection from all 5 programs, remain just 2 functions and do not Power Of indifferent how I press the Button which do not respond and keep On.
Another inconvenient, is: when try to choose one of program change in the same, and remain with just 2 functions.
I try to see if another same model have the same comportment and have the same horrible defect of software.
Pity, because when both Brothers resolve first Led with special Lenses, all of us fan people, trust in them and we was hope, never we will have trouble with this Led Lenser products but in change, we observe also do not have support and see many new products made in (China now and not anymore in Germany) are the worst than other's chipper from another Brands and also become more complex to use. Also, in few models do not find the instructions of accessories and when we try to contact support customer, they do not respond anymore then, Led Lenser it's not anymore what was in beginning and come more difficult to have support and contact with technical departments. When people become rich, do not give anymore any kind of attention to Us, Customers or, both Brothers does not exist anymore and the best Led Lenser will come in soon obsolete. A lot of money for products with defects from Fabric already.

I ordered 2 headlamps (1 adult, 1 child) a gifts on 2/24/22 for $79.96. Rec'd 3/9. Realized they already had them & contacted Ledlenser to return, got a return authorization & returned on 3/12. Been trying to get my refund ever since. I've contacted them 7 times and they keep saying I should get it any day, but nothing. I ordered it through Good Morning America's Deals & Steals, and Ledlenser tried to tell me I had to get the refund from GMA. I told them my credit card statement shows the payment went to Ledlenser, not GMA. It's one excuse after another, then blaming PayPal. I didn't use PayPal either. I would never order anything from this company again, or GMA's Deals & Steals. I can't even find a way to contact GMA to complain.

The button broke stopt working after a yaer. Now I am waiting for a month for the spare part.
Chinese crap sold for 2 much money

I made an enquiry where to buy a replacement battery cover for an 8 year old lenser that is still working like new. Led lenser uk sent me a new cover the next day. Fantastic service
I bought another head torch as back up as I use them for work. I had a problem with the head strap and wrote to lenser uk asking for advice. They immediately sent me the advice plus two different types of straps to try which work perfectly
Led lenser have been fantastic. In my opinion the best head torch on the market and the best back up service and support

Very impressed with their headlamps, i was a bit dubious at first but the more i use it the better it feels.
I really hope they are able to maintain their build quality.

I was VERY DISAPPOINTED having recently contacted Led Lenser to be told they couldn't offer a repair or supply parts for my very expwnsive torch !
I purchased an X21R.2 in December 2015, the torch has never been dropped and is unmarked. A few weeks ago, the rotating mode selector ring broke leaving the torch unusable. Customer support told me it was out of warranty (by a few months) and parts weren't available. I now have a very expensive paperweight!
If I had known this torch had a limited life/ no,spares and would cost me £50 per year I would not have purchased it as it would not be cost effective.
I would think very carefully before buying such an expensive torch that may be completely unusable after a few years.
I am extremely disappointed as the defect is clearly a quality issue, shocking that the company,appear so dismissive.

I rarely leave reviews but felt compelled to leave a review for this company. With a doubt one of the best companies I have ever done business with.

Five star customer service. This is regarding an M1 small flashlight that I purchased years ago... Finally failed and was given a new one at no charge...

Quality torches and great customer support from local agents. Would buy again.

I have a nearly 5 year old MR7 which started switching itself off for no reason although the battery voltage was still good. Contacted customer service who offered a replacement battery container/switch completely free of charge. Arrived 2 days later and has fixed the problem,

I bought the heralded new XEO 19R and after a few uses over the last 6 months it now switches itself off continually due most likely to some internal wiring problem will update if I get a reasonable response from LedLenser. Well Ledlenser replaced the headlamp with their latest twin headlight without charge and didn't ask for the faulty one back and they both have a 7 year warranty. I think the XEO 19R has been removed from the range.

The Mh7 is what I am reviewing. I have had bad experience with some of the older models, and the customer service in Australia (Zen Imports) have been ok, but not great maybe 3 stars. However, I recently purchased the mh7 and I think it had some better qualities than the previous models that have broken in various places. At this stage, I think it is a better design. No battery clip that you need to open to charge. The old design broke many times. However, the plastic handle that opens the battery does look a little weak. The power brightness is fine (600Lum), all I need for camping or bush walking. So far the magnetic charger is working well, but it has only been a few months. If anything changes in the next year, I will do another review.

I foolishly left some poor quality batteries in my 6 year old Led Lenser P7 and one of them leaked damaging the battery cartridge and switch. I submitted an online service request for the cost of replacement parts and was advised, within 24 hours, that they would be provided free of charge. Spares received within 2 days for a torch that was out of warranty and an issue that was my fault!!! Excellent service.

Bought LedLenser H14R2, - on HomePage said to have 850 lumen. It shows to have just 450, which LedLenser confirms on phone. Wrote an e-mail to get the purchase cancelled, but the company does not answer. Several months now.... Hard to trust this company any more... :(

What a pleasure to find a company that honours it's warranty promise.
Head torch replaced very quickly and with no fuss.
