Owner of G635, G502 and G512
I use their headset G635, mouse G502 and keyboard G512 and I love it! I had some problems with the headset cable but I fixed the issue quickly.
Their Logitech G Hub is awful .. but u get used to it.
Worse company to buy on their online…
Worse company to buy on their online store . One month ago place order . No body can send you estimate or whether ship the order..
Realy go amazon or some place ..
Really bad
Abysmal product and technical support…
Abysmal product and technical support as bad as Thrustmaster and Fanatec. They take your money then won't give adequate support. Don't buy racing wheels from Logitechg the force feed back is pathetically weak. Rubbish help with updating software and firmware. Total shambolic conpany
Crap
Their stockhouse is run by sloths. How lazy can you be to not dispatch your items within 2 weeks.
I understand it is a pandemic, BUT that would likely affect the actual shipping time, not the time needed to physically packet and ship an IN STOCK item. 2 weeks to dispatch is ridiculous
Avoid the G604; it's dreadful
I bought a G604 in April last year. The right mouse button stopped working in November, so I RMAed it. Whilst waiting for the RMA to complete, I bought a replacement G604, as I needed a good mouse for gaming, reasoning that I would have the RMAed G604 as a backup. That G604 I bought in November lasted three weeks before the scroll wheel stopped working, so I returned that to Amazon and bought a THIRD G604 in December. That was dead out of the box; the left button didn't work. I returned that to Amazon. Oh, I finally got a replacement to the mouse I RMAed in November, in February. It's sitting in the box on my shelf.
I'm done with Logitech now. I bought a Swiftpoint Z in December and it works perfectly.
Top class gaming mice!
Bought a G703 lightspeed wireless gaming mouse, had it six months and it is great, works perfectly, the ghub desktop app wasn't good, but im happy to say they updated it and it is much better now!
very bad customer service
very bad customer service. I wanted to return an item (Pro X} after i realising this did not have numeric pad so I received it I requesed a returns label and was told I would get it emailed to me within 24hour. I had to request this so then they can provide me with a refund so i could order the G815, but guess what? they were out of stock. I then waited 48hours for this dam returns lable explaning myself again. guess what i waited 3 days, then 4, then 5, then 6 days. explaining myself again and again even though I provided with my name and email address before each online chat.
Then after 10 days nothing received, then was told their maintenance was getting updated. what a load of BS, "On behalf of Logitech we really apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you, and I know you have better things to do than dealing with this matter. As of the moment we will need to wait for the maintenance to be fix so that we can process the return label for you." on each chat i also received the same copy and paste respose,"Thank you for patiently waiting. As per checking the return shipping label has been requested, we are just waiting for the approval I will send a follow-up to our next level of support to update it". Approval??! jokers.
Anyway I manged to get the G815 on amazon for £20 cheaper, thank you Amazon.
after waiting 20 days, i finally received returns label email confirmation.
Poor customer services, only option here is to give a 1 star as it wont allow me to process a no star rating.
My advise is, go to amazon instead.
Utterly garbage
Utterly garbage. Never seen such a terrible customer service. Always refers to email support (slowest ever), tells me to wait for emails more than 5 times for a simple concern, and they never ever got back to me within the time they said. Have been waiting for a total of 3 months for something that could have taken a few minutes over phone or chat. Returns, warranties etc is just the biggest nightmare ever.
My advice: Don't ever, and I mean it, don't ever buy anything from Logitech. If you are really desperate for their products, buy it from a trusted retailer of yours.
Had an issue with the limited edition…
Had an issue with the limited edition mice not shipping, but they were able to eventually get one sent out.
This company gives no in-stock updates what-so-ever.
This company gives no, what so ever update on their delayed product. The mouse I have been waiting for is the most expensive on the market, and was supposed to be delivered in December according to the company that retails their products in Sweden. Now the christmas holiday have passed and honestly it feels ruined as I have little spared time to game otherwise..
I am hearing from other persons that they won't deliver until February but no where is this information to be found. Please just choose another company when you have the chance.
Worst customer support I've encountered for a very long time
Products are generally ok, but beware their customer support.. It consists of you ringing them and emailing them and never getting a response, literally.
Currently £200 down to them for a courier mistake, that the courier has accepted (and as far as I can tell is compensating Logitech for), and still Logitech refuse to refund my money, or even reply to my emails.
Probably the worst transaction I've had in years, I didn't think there were still large companies with this terrible standard of report.
Next steps is ombudsman, fair trading etc.. and small claims..
Buyers beware
abysmal customer service
Trying to get a replacement part for an otherwise good set of G433 headphones - but their customer services has had me going round in circles for over a month and have not even answered my original question yet.
They have asked me to send in a video via youtube of the serial number but the serial number is behind the earpads which are sealed to the headphones! Insane.
Edit - changed to 1 star as custome service got worse.
I have been a longtime fan of logitech…
I have been a longtime fan of logitech products. I genuinely have had not many problems except for the G600. It's my favorite mouse but it didn't last long. I went through three mice having the same exact problem.
Their software for their peripherals is the best on the market. They frequently update and have a site to share profiles with other users.
Only problem I would say deserves attention is that they discontinued the G13 and never released an updated version still to this day. I
Their products actually seem pretty…
Their products actually seem pretty good. For example the G502 has mouse buttons to the left of the left mouse button - and I'm not talking about the side buttons. Said buttons are very useful and practical. Not sure about that annoying scroll wheel toggle though. One mode was a loose wheel, which was awesome, but so loose that it's too easy to nudge all over the place, and press it again to toggle it to a clicky mode and it's a little too clicky/hard. Shame there's no strength toggle like Razer mice.
But the G Hub software is disgusting. It's one of the most unintutive pieces of software I have seen in a while. For example, I can't edit my macro from either the assignments or active profile/games & applications screen at all, the way the software lists profiles and macros in the active profile area is horrendous, and key assignment has a lot to be desired, including the list being organised, having more choices, and the inability to type a custom key combination. I also find it annoying you have to back out to the main menu to swap between the profiles/applications screen and the mouse assignment area.
I would much prefer to stick with my Logitech G502 but I find myself going to send the Logitech back and keep the Razer because the software is SIGNIFICANTLY better in every way. The list of button actions is organised in a list which expands right rather than down, you can type custom keys, open web pages (I don't use this, but in G Pro the only way to do this is to put in your browsers exe with an argument), and I can also see all profiles in a vertical list which is so much better. The macro builder also just works much better, showing a list, the key bindings for that list, and it's less fuss to assign games to a macro, and you can assign multiple games to one macro.
Why is the G Pro software so yucky?
If the Logitech hardware could have a baby with the Razer software, I'd fall in love.
Recently I received a faulty Pro…
Recently I received a faulty Pro keyboard and shortly learnt that their warranty doesn't really cover anything bought from their own online store in Europe.
They're refusing to ship a replacement to my country (Nordics/EU) because their shop is apparently located in Ireland and they've chosen to service Irish customers only. They still provide the shop in my language and there's no clear mention about such a weird warranty policy. As an Insult to injury they promised to ship me a replacement product, if I get an Irish address.
I've trusted Logitech and LogitechG for many years and have spent half a fortune on keyboards, mice, steering wheels, headphones, remotes etc. I can't recommend LogitechG to anyone, any more.
Absolutely phenomenal
Absolutely phenomenal. After years of using Razer and SteelSeries products, I was talked into getting a Logitech G. I was skeptical. But oh boy was I wrong. It's fantastic and easily the best mouse I've ever had. I tried picking my old Steelseries after using Logitech, and it was the worst. I'm not going back.
I'm a Logitech G fanboy now.
Bought a Logitech G910 christmas 2015
Bought a Logitech G910 christmas 2015 , stopped working last year, or rather it works if you wanna live with multiple keys that does double typing, all people gotta do is type logitech g910 and look at all the threads that pop up everywhere, and Logitech completely tries to wash their hands of a faulty product, no other product ive owned has just malfunctioned like that with few hours of use for a few days a week, but because its outside the normal 2 year warranty period, Logitech is just like nah guvnah , you're on your own, good you wasted nearly 200$ on this product though we thank you, and we'd like to offer you a 35% discount code to use on a new purchase and im like , why the hell would i do that when you can see these cases with this exact product coming out of the woodworks, im done using Logitech, when my G502 proteus core dies out or needs replacement and its 3½ years old and still works fine, im switching everything over to Corsair.
Good
Great gaming peripherals! Never have i ever had a singe problem with my headset, speaker or mouse.
They work really well
They work really well, it has decent bass and those 7.1 surround sound works really well for FPS.
