These guys are great, 👍...helped me to resolve issues in past, without the hassle of courts, bailiffs etc....
Understanding, helpful, guiding, friendly, and proffessional, id be in bad stuck without them, ......their website is easy to use, you can even use their tools to set up monthly , fortnightly etc payments, monitor your debt(s), but as always the staff are there to help you if needed.
If your struggling, DONT go it alone!

Poor service
Very disappointing experience with Lowell. I have raised a genuine dispute over the balance and provided detailed reasons why I believe their payment history is incomplete, yet I have repeatedly received the same responses rather than a proper resolution. I’ve found the process frustrating, repetitive and unhelpful, with the emphasis seemingly being on pursuing payment rather than investigating the concerns raised. Customer service needs to do much better.
