When ever I spoke to someone they were always clear on what was said very polite and never pushy with the money I owed they listened to the problems I was having at the time. I have paid all my accounts off so that's 1 less thing for me to worry about

Well Hello Lowell
We meet again, Still illegally chasing Statute Barred Debts i see
Just completed my Complaint with the Financial Ombudsman and sent them evidence of your illegal activity
I have more to show them if needed, im also contacting the media, and the government about your illegal activity
The financial ombudsman has also been made aware of the thousands of people on Trust pilot who are also harassed by you for debts that are not legally enforceable 💋
You say your regulated by the FCA ? yet you constantly breach the FCA guidelines ??
My advice to you is stop chasing statute barred debts and concentrate on debts that are legally enforceable as every single time you contact me from this point I will make another complaint with the Financial Ombudsman
For all those reading this.....
If you have not admitted liability for a debt or paid anything towards the account in a 6 year period it is STATUTE BARRED and they cannot do a thing about it
So if they harass you about debts that are statute barred send them an email and make a formal complaint. Tell them that the debt is statute barred and you will not be making any payment to them ever.
If they continue to harass you after you have told them the debt is statute barred and made a complaint start a complaint with the financial Ombudsman.
Its all done online and easy to submit
Also contact your local MP and demand the Government clamp down on these companies.
Absolute con of a company jump on top of people's debts why they struggle ! Buy for peanuts and hassle people like crazy for the whole amount like its them we owe and the phone calls are a joke cant understand anything they say as none are English! Ridiculous
