We’ve just used Malco for the 5th time, and they were great. The staff are friendly and helpful, the cars are good and reliable, and most importantly there are no hidden costs for insurance etc. Really good service and highly recommended. Blanca is a star!

Once again, we have enjoyed excellent service from Malco. A clean, and well-maintained car, and superb personal service from Blanca - especially when family circumstances caused us to shorten our stay. We particularly value the all-inclusive nature of the insurance and cover - a welcome contrast to other car hire companies. We will be back soon!

I have rented cars in numerous airports around Europe in the last few years and Blanca Sanchez at Malco cars Castellón airport is by far the best one I have ever come across. She is always very welcoming, very efficient and friendly. Unlike the other car rental firm in that airport the desk is open for longer hours and the paperwork is dealt with promptly and Blanca is always very pleasant. I recently had a query over the rental and went to see her on returning the car. She dealt with the issue rapidly and efficiently. I will definitely use Malco again and highly recommend them.

Great service from Bianca at Malco in Castellon airport. Even though we were approximately 4 hours late picking up car due to plane being diverted we were still welcomed with a smile and a gift of chocolate. Other passengers not so lucky as their car hire company had shut up shop. Will definitely use again.

After reading all the brilliant reviews we could not go wrong... we thought! Regretfully we were wrong. We asked for a car with power of the engine of at least 1.2 ltr and ended up with a VW polo of 1.0 litre. As the delivery of the car in the terminal is really hasty, there is nothing to check. Nothing on the outside of the car shows what engine the car has. We discovered that on the hills after we had left and had to drive up some hills. Also, we had to wait for somebody to arrive on arrival, there was nobody waiting for us, we we had to call the office. Later at our accomodation address in Javéa I called them to say that we had paid far too much for such a powerless car for 22 days in September (412 euro), they said I could come back to the airport and change for a Seat 1.2. We had to go all the way back to the airport 240 kms and pay toll 18,60 - all because of their mistake. Nothing they would do to compensate us for all the hassle, wrong car, too high a price, petrol/toll compensation, nothing!!! We would get our deposit back within 3 days they told us as well, this took 7 days and all because I have been chasing them. NEVER AGAIN!!! Not recommended. One star extra for the navigation which was standard in the car, that was top!
