Great car hire experience, just picked up the car and left it back, both times were out of hours but that was no hassle. No cheep excuses for so-called damage, everything was included (all insurances). The most carefree car hire experience I have ever had. I'm going back to Spain at the end of the summer and I will definitely be renting a car again from Malco

We had a car rental at Valencia Airport recently. We were very pleased with the service: transparent prices and fast delivery. No excess on insurance. The return also went very smoothly. We got our deposit fully back in three days. Keep it up, guys!

If only other Spanish car rental firms could be this good. I've used them numerous times and always the same. Quick, easy, good cars, never some tripwire to put in an extra charge. You pay your fuel deposit which is returned very quickly, don't pay for the car until you collect it. They are just excellent!

Excellent company and very upfront and easy to communicate with.
Really pleased with the car and staff.
Picking the car up was simple as was handing it back.
The car was pristine clean and tank full.
Obviously you need to take it back in that condition or expect a cleaning charge witch goes without saying.
I looked up many companies looking for the best reviews and found Malco and they didn’t disappoint. I emailed them to add more mileage to my contract and they got straight back with a great price.
I will not use any other company from now on when I holiday in Spain.

Best rental car service from Malco at Castellon Airport. We had our second car rented from them, each time we had an upgrade of the car, free of charge. We are very satisfied with their service, easy to use and all the staff is speaking english. I must remind you all that you should follow each step when you rent the car on their website and I personnaly recommend taking premium package, saves a lot of potential issues. We never had any.

Excellent service, we arrived at Alicante airport called the hire company as directed. The lady arrived with the car, made payment as quoted, no extra sales pitch, and off we went.
Return was every bit as simple, called 20 minutes prior to arrival at the airport where we were met by the Malco representative they refunded my deposit and took the car.
The car itself was spotless. Very impressed and would use again
