Just had the most brilliant experience, Angela at the mamas & papas in the M&S of Cheshire oaks has been so patient and kind and just brilliant with choosing our pushchair! Brilliant service thank you so much!

We were served by Sultana at the Arndale centre. Very patient and a good listener. Answered all our queries and offered various options and combinations making it easy for us to decide.

We had such a lovely experience with Laura at Mamas & Papas Swindon. She was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure we found exactly what we needed. Nothing was too much trouble and she made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable.

We purchased a Mamas and Papas Strada Travel System in 2022 for the arrival of our grandson in 2023. All was well for just over 2 yrs when the pram frame broke. We contacted Mamas and Papas and were told it wasn't their pram and we needed to contact the manufacturer. Most unhelpful. We were also told that our pram was out of the 2yr warranty and we would have to pay £50 for a repair. We returned the broken pram, paid £50 and it was repaired. The people who repaired it, hadn't even cleaned it. Very disappointed with Mamas and Papas Customer Service and the repair service. I feel I was totally misled by the Mamas and Papas branding on the pram and when there was a problem they passed it on to the manufacturer who had a shorter warranty than the 3 or 5yrs offered by Mamas and Papas. At no point were we made aware of this when we paid £1.5k to Mamas and Papas. I would not recommend anyone to buy from them and will not go to them again.

Kept returning my payment to credit card. No one answers the phone tried twice at 20 minutes each, emailed over 48 hours ago nothing, no chat, no service.
Item now delayed another day at least - going to shop elsewhere.

Trevor was very knowledgeable and patient with us. He answered all our questions and helped decide on the best option of dresser for us. The store is big and has a baby changing room and toilet inside the store. Great experience!

My partner and I are first time parents to be. The world of parenthood is very daunting and there seems to be a lot of pressure to get the "right" things. We don't really have a clue were to start. So decided to ask for help.

We went to mamas & papas in MK. I was approached by a real friendly (but not pushy) sales assistant, Rachel.

I clearly stayed we weren't there to buy today, it was a research mission.

She listened to me and my partner. We are both quite tall and we're keen to have a pram that fits us as well as baby. As active, social people, we also wanted a pram and car seat that could manage life with us on the go.

She listened and slimmed down options that fit our life style/requirements. She also understood that we didn't want all the gadgets! Fair enough if you do, but for us Safety, functionality and cost were key components.

She didn't overwhelm us with options, but gave us clear information and demonstrates about a range of products and brands covering a range of price categories.

She was amazing and we felt in very safe hands and it felt her care was tailored to our wants and needs. There was no pressure to buy from her on the day, but we know we will go back to M's&P's, as although on the pricer side the care we got and voucher deals do work out.

Please can we say a massive thank you to Rachel for all your help navigating this crazy new work with us.

Seamless and supportive experience from start to finish. We had a really positive experience at M&P Farnborough with Angel. We are first time parents so welcomed any advice on things to buy and why. Angel was really informative with no hard sells, which we appreciated. We came away with much more than we had initially thought but were really pleased with what we got, the quality of the items and the price we paid. Over the moon to get a £100 voucher too, as every little really does help when a baby requires so much! Thanks for your help Angel, we will be back soon I'm sure. Side notes, the warranty on our pram was the biggest selling point, what a weight off if something breaks. Secondly, the store is really beautiful to shop in, there was SO much we wanted to buy and will do so another day!

I went into the Plymouth store to try on a baby carrier and once in their felt completely at ease and comfortable Phoebe helped me try on a baby carrier but didn’t make me feel pressured. Also gave me the choice to come back and have a think about it ,we obviously went away and ended purchasing the kuda.

We had a great experience at Mamas & Papas Shepherd’s Bush, especially thanks to Dua Abid! We were initially quite confused about which pushchair to choose, but Dua gave us lots of useful information and helped us find the best option for our needs.

She was kind, professional and genuinely interested in helping us, without ever pushing us towards the most expensive option. We ended up buying our pushchair and left very happy with our choice.

Highly recommend both Dua and the Shepherd’s Bush store!

Natasha was really helpful, she showed us all the bits and pieces we were interested in and advised us on what we did and didnt need. As new parents we were worried about being sold lots of stuff we didnt need but we were really pleased that wasnt the case here. We really enjoyed our experience and feel so much more prepared now!

We had our "Buying for Baby" appointment on Saturday 22nd August at the Teesside Park store, and we truly cannot thank Kenzie enough for making it such a wonderful experience.
Going into the appointment, we felt completely overwhelmed and honestly didn't think we’d be able to make a single decision. Kenzie completely changed that for us. She was incredibly patient, so welcoming, and gave us brilliant advice and lots of information. She took the time to talk us through everything without making us feel rushed or pressured at all.
Thanks to her guidance, what felt like a daunting task turned into a fun, stress-free milestone. We managed to get so much bought and ticked off our baby list right then and there!
