We visited Mamas and Papas in M&S Cheshire Oaks today to buy a pram bundle for our first Grandchild. We were shown a selection of prams and bundles by Angela and Milly who discussed the needs and uses with my son and his partner. They demonstrated their knowledge of the items for sale and also how they operated. Thanks to Angela and Milly they have the bundle they need for the first few years. I couldn't recommend the service that they provided highly enough.

Ellie in the Gateshead store was so helpful, knowledgable and friendly on our visit today. We were so impressed with how much she could help us and also her professional manner. Thank you so much!

We had such a lovely shopping experience at Mamas & Papas in Exeter, all thanks to Heather. She was incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and really took the time to make sure we found exactly what we needed without ever making us feel rushed or pressured.

Heather made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable, and her customer service was genuinely excellent from start to finish. The other ladies in the store were also really friendly and helpful, and there was such a lovely atmosphere overall. Heather is a real credit to the team. Thank you so much! 😊

We had our buying for baby appointment at the Trafford store with Natalie and can’t recommend her or the service more. We specifically wanted to discuss prams and she was so knowledgable and helped us gradually narrow down our options. We both came away feeling so much better and more confident going forward and will definitely be going back for more advice when the time comes!

Alic e and Victoria were absolutely brilliant! We headed in to take a look at prams and car seats with absolutely no clue what we were looking for. They took the time to go through the different types of systems, answering all our questions and demoing a range of different prams. We left having found the perfect system and even put a deposit down there and then. They also took the time to walk through other items we will need and how to add them to our order. We walked in feeling rather overwhelmed with all the decisions we had to make, and left feeling confident we are well on our way to getting what we need. Thank you both

We went to the Mamas & Papas store in the Trafford Centre, Manchester recently for the first time and had a really enjoyable experience. This is our first baby and we had little idea on what we needed, a member of staff Lindsey was super helpful and basically talked us through everything we needed and why. We felt really looked after and felt a sigh of relief when everything was ordered! Thanks to Lindsey for looking after us :) will be going back for more goodies with our voucher too which is a brilliant plus!!

Lindsay served us today at the Trafford centre store. She was very patient and explained everything to us and made us feel really relaxed.

Sophie was absolutely amazing as was her customer service from start to finish she helped us to find our dream pram and had a smile the whole time. A genuine human experience and made getting bits for our first baby all the more exciting. Thank you for being part of our journey Sophie!

So we went into your Greenwich concession store today
Figured it would be quiter than the weekend
A polite gentleman greeted us with a warm smile and a greeting

Seemed very genuine

We asked about the travel displays as we was looking to try out
He did explain he was new to the company yet more than happy to show us the displays that we had required
He made us laugh and I can't remember a time someone in retail did that
He showed us the displays

We had a laugh and a joke made sure my wife was comfortable and we built a rapport
I've shopped with this store a few times

For a new guy he was very helpful showed us what we knew asked for opinions on how each one was
Stayed with us through the entire demo

Unfortunately the item we wanted was a little over budget even with the colleague checking price match for us as well

A courteous gentleman welcomed us with a cordial smile and a greeting,
which appeared thoroughly sincere.
We inquired about the travel displays, as we were keen to sample them.
He did mention he was quite new to the company, yet he was more than happy to present the displays we had requested.
He elicited laughter from us, and I honestly cannot recall the last time someone in a retail setting accomplished that.
He exhibited the displays to us.
We shared some laughter and jests, he ensured my wife was at ease, and we established a good rapport.
I have frequented this establishment on several occasions.
For a new employee, he was exceptionally helpful, demonstrating what we were familiar with and soliciting our views on each item.
He remained with us throughout the entire demonstration.
Regrettably, the item we desired was slightly beyond our budget, even after the colleague diligently checked for a price match for us.
We departed feeling truly valued, I must admit.

Fran looked after us so well and made sure we knew everything we needed to.

Beverley was absolutely amazing. She was very approachable, kind, respectful and put her all in what she does. She made our experience so much better. She took her time while explaining and was up for all our questions. She gave us time and her opinion as well which was very helpful. I believe she needs a higher role in her job as she is fantastic.

Hollie at Longbridge store was really helpful, knowledgable and answered all out questions and concerns to help us decide on our first pram.

We had a really positive experience in Mamas and Papas in Teesside Park.

Sylvia went out of her way to explain the different products thoroughly and made sure we were getting the best deal. Nothing was too much trouble.

She was very kind to my pregnant wife and made sure she had somewhere to sit down, and some water!
