We had a great experience with Nida at the Trafford Centre store, she guided us through the pushchairs and gave us lots of time to try it out around the store.

Great products, poor delivery service. ordered a baby carrrier and some fitted sheets for a holiday with our twins and was told on the site it would be next day delivery. My heart sank when i saw it was being delivered by Evri. Two days later and it's still 'on its way' and not looking likely it will arrive on time which is very frustrating as would have ordered elsewhere!

I would like to thank sue at the Birmingham Gallagher store who was fantastic during our appointment. Sue was kind and welcoming, and her knowledge was fantastic.

I visited the Mamas & Papas store in Liverpool Speke to buy a car seat for my daughter, and Imogen made the whole experience.

I was struggling for phone signal when I arrived, and she straight away pointed me toward the store's free Wi-Fi - a small thing, but it set the tone for how attentive she was throughout my visit.

We were originally looking at a Cybex Sirona Gi, and Imogen went well beyond what I'd expect from a shop assistant - she carried the seat the full length of the store out to my car so we could properly test the fit. Despite her best efforts, it was clear the seat was a touch too large for the space, and rather than talk us into it anyway, she was honest that it probably wasn't suitable, since it was physically touching the driver's seat. She then recommended the Joie i-Spin 360 Compact, carried that one out too, and it fit perfectly.

Imogen was polite, friendly and genuinely helpful from start to finish, and her honesty about the fit issue meant we left with a seat that actually works for our car rather than one that just looked right on paper. She's a real credit to the team at Mamas & Papas Liverpool Speke, and I'd happily recommend asking for her if you're shopping there.

I visited the lakeside branch to browse the strollers that were available. Spoke to a lovely young lady, Iris, who certainly knew what she was talking about. Every question I had she answered. The general Customer service was amazing.

We visited the Wednesbury branch yesterday and Destini was fantastic. I was very unsure walking in, having never really pushed a pushchair before, however Destini went through everything from how to collapse the different pushchairs, how to change the seat etc and we left feeling so much more confident. We will definitely be back once we have decided which one is the best choice for us. Highly recommend booking a session if you are feeling overwhelmed and don’t know where to start!

We had the most unpleasant experience with mamas and papas!
We bought a bugaboo pushchair for our baby girl in value of £1,500.00 paid in full and it was lost at delivery.
The driver left the package unattended after me telling him I wasn’t home. Somehow he trespassed in the building and left it unsupervised with the entrance door not being secured.
This was over a week ago and I am due in one week and still haven’t got a pushchair or my money back.
I am now in such a distress because of this, I can’t believe it’s happening ….. they are keep pushing us around from mamas and papas to DHL the delivery company, no one is taking responsibility for what occurred. Is absolutely outrageous and unacceptable!!

I visited the Leeds Birstall store for the first time. The service was absolutely amazing. I was served by a lovely lady called Gail. Gail listened to exactly what I wanted and showed me all the options that was available. A big thank you to Gail for taking a massive stress off my shoulders. I purchased the car seat, pram set, baby bath and changing mat. Would recommend all mums to visit the store, you won’t be disappointed.

Me and my wife attended the Preston store on Sunday 9th August. Our appointment was with Phoebe and she looked after us throughout. Giving us a detailed walkthrough of the products they offer and more. Answering all questions whilst also showing what their range can offer. Very happy with her customer service 😊

Mamas & Papas Thurrock Review
The safety of your child is paramount for any parent, and the team at Mamas & Papas Thurrock clearly understand that. In particular, Sammy-Rose and Geena were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive.
We recently took our car seat into the store after noticing that one of the straps had started to fray. The team immediately recognised the seriousness of the issue and confirmed that a replacement was needed. They explained that a frayed strap could be weakened and may not perform as intended in the event of an accident, which was obviously a major concern for us.
The store team were excellent throughout and took the matter seriously. They did need to discuss the situation with Customer Care, and while that part of the process felt less straightforward, the Thurrock team remained supportive and focused on helping us resolve the issue.
A damaged or fraying harness should never be ignored, as it may affect the safety and integrity of the car seat. As parents, we were grateful that the team understood both the practical and emotional importance of getting this right.
In summary, I would highly recommend speaking to the staff at Mamas & Papas Thurrock. They know their products, they understand child safety, and they genuinely support parents in caring for their precious cargo.

We attended the Mamas & Papas store in Gateshead for an appointment as first time parents to get an insight into what we are going to need. We were met with Ruby, she was so helpful and reassuring from the initial interaction. No question was a silly question and her knowledge was excellent. Ruby took the time to get to know us as a couple to find items which best suit our lifestyle. We ended up ordering our pram bundle and some furniture. Thank you Ruby for making the whole process seem so easy !

Such a helpful service offered during our 'Buying for baby' appointment. We were listened to by Rebecca at M&P Meadowhall who then suggested products based on our requirements and preferences. She was so helpful to us as to first time parents-to-be with very little knowledge of all things travel systems!

We went to mamas and papas birmingham and were served by Sarah. She was so so helpful with everything and such a genuine nice person. She also really knew what she was talking about which was amazing! My husband became paraplegic very recently and is paralysed from chest down, he was so worried about being limited as a dad, but we tried out lots of things that were really helpful, there was even a weighted doll for him to check out carriers with. He left on a real high feeling so much more equipped and confident. The whole vibe in store was SO friendly, i would go every day if we were closer.

We visited Laura at the Blanchardstown store on Saturday. Laura was so knowledgeable on everything in store and gave such amazing advice on what we could get and which travel system would suit us best. We came away with such knowledgeable and a less daunting task of deciding what to buy.

I would like to take the time to recognise and thank Cathryn one of your sales advisors at your Glasgow store for the exceptional customer service we received.

She thoroughly demonstrated the Mamas & Papas pram for us and was incredibly patient, kind and compassionate throughout our visit. She clearly has a genuine passion for her job, and this really came across in the way she spoke about and demonstrated the product.

She took the time to explain everything clearly, demonstrated the pram effectively, answered all of our questions and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. Her knowledge, enthusiasm and friendly approach made the whole experience extremely positive and enjoyable.

Debbie was so helpful when we went to out “buying for baby” appointment in Wycombe. We really didn’t know what pram to look at or funiture set just knew what we needed / wanted out of the appointment. She helped us pick out our whole travel system, nursery furniture and a few other bits that was on the list. So happy with everything we have ordered and can’t wait for it to arrive to set everything up for our boy when he arrives! Thank you Debbie for all your help, really made the process simple and enjoyable!
