Outstanding Customer Service – Leanne, Solihull

I just wanted to take a moment to recognise the fantastic customer service we received from Leanne.

From the moment we walked into the store, Leanne was so welcoming and friendly and made us feel really comfortable. She took the time to actually chat to us and ask questions about what we wanted and needed from a pushchair, rather than just showing us products.

She showed us a couple of pushchairs we were interested in and talked us through all the different features and options in a way that was really easy to understand. She was so knowledgeable but never made us feel rushed or pressured into making a decision.

What really stood out was that she didn’t just focus on what we needed for our baby now. She helped us think about the bigger picture and talked us through car seats, seating options and how different choices could work as our baby grows. It made the whole experience feel really personal rather than just about making a sale.

She also took the time to explain the payment options and the vouchers available, which was really helpful and something we were particularly interested in.

Leanne was so patient, thorough and enthusiastic throughout. Her knowledge gave us alot more confidence in the products we were looking at, and she genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed.

Although we didn’t make a purchase on the day, she explained that we could book another appointment and go over anything we wanted to look at again, which was really reassuring. We’ll definitely be going back soon!

We honestly didn’t realise just how much there was to consider when choosing products for a baby, but Leanne made the whole process so much easier and less overwhelming.

Lily at Gateshead was amazing during our Buying for Baby appointment. She really took the time to go through everything with us and her knowledge of each product was impressive. She gave us so much useful information that we’re finding decision making a lot easier and we’ve come away feeling a lot less overwhelmed .

Myself and husband would like to thank Kasey and Maxwell at your store in martlesham. They were both so helpful and ever so patient and polite with us. We went in store with an idea of what stroller we wanted and we were a nightmare with changing our minds with brands and colours and was in there over an hour! but these two lovely people didn’t mind atall. We can’t thank you guys enough for your support.

Sharlotte at the Speke store was lovely. Very informative and not pushy at all and made us feel comfortable asking any questions. Will be going back if we need anything else.

I have visited the Liverpool (Speke retail park) store several times in recent weeks and the service is always fantastic. The girls are so knowledgeable and so incredibly helpful. Their combined knowledge, friendliness and skills are unmatched by any other baby retailer! That said, huge thank you's and extra recognition must go to Imogen (incredible!), Poppy (amazing!) and their lovely kind manager Helen. Thanks again team, we look forward to many more visits in the future :)

My wife and I had an appointment on Saturday evening at the blue water site with Tianna. She was very helpful, pleasant and able to help with our queries. We were happy with the service provided and left knowing what we want.

We pre-booked a Buying 4 Baby Experience and came prepared with a rough initial list of items we thought we needed. Laura was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole session. She expertly demonstrated the items we had selected and also suggested a few essential extras, which was incredibly helpful. We highly recommend this service!

I purchased a Cruiser stroller earlier this year, but unfortunately, I was very dissatisfied with my experience. I visited the Bluewater store to discuss the issue, where I had the pleasure of speaking with Paige.

Paige was incredibly understanding, listened carefully to my concerns, and made me feel very welcome and valued as a customer. She took the time to explain the different options available to me and went above and beyond to help resolve my situation. I was extremely impressed with her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care.

I would also like to thank David, who was equally helpful and knowledgeable. Both Paige and David made me feel as though they genuinely cared about my situation, and their excellent customer service completely changed my experience.

I have now purchased a Libro and am looking forward to receiving the stroller. I would definitely recommend the Bluewater store, particularly because of the outstanding service provided by Paige and David.

I had a really good shopping experience with Leanna from the Bedford branch. She not only helped with us picking out our furniture bundle for our daughter but also price matched the mattress for us. We really appreciate the time and help Leanna put in to help us. Thanks Leanna

Charlie was great in terms how he treated us and you can tell he loves doing what he is doing. He explained thoroughly about each product and gave me and my partner recommendations depending on our needs. He made sure we got the best products with the best value for money.

My experience with Christine at the glasgow fort mamas and papas was a really good one. I knew what I went in for and she was really helpful with assisting me, she explained everything to me about the product I was looking at, showed me a different way to close it, explained how the base and cat seat work and helped me choose between the two colours I was stuck on. I would definitely recommend any parents looking for baby things to nip into a mamas and papas as the staff are really experienced about the products and will help settle any nerves. They have also no doubt used the product themselves or have had family members that have used the product

Imogen at the Speke branch was absolutely amazing when we bought our pram bundle today. She was unbelievably knowledgeable and helpful.

Ella was super patient and helpful to me and my wife today, we went in with zero knowledge of anything she gave us easy to understand, impartial advice, while being really friendly and easy going too! Highly recommend you book an appointment and visit the store if you’re unsure of what to buy for your baby.

Alicia in your Glasgow Fort store was great. She approached us in a kind manner and answered all our questions. If she didn’t know the answer she went away and found it out and was super friendly throughout!
