Q & A needs
My questions were kinda simple to the average bear, but valid for me since I have never sent a money order before. But they were patient and easy clear answers. I didn't like that I had to download another app just to do so but I can now keep track of my $order.

new website not at all user friendly
I find the new website very user unfriendly and complicated, whoever thought this up was most certainly over-thinking the whole process and must have had a severe headache during and after the “revamp”
The lettering is far too small, and the various questions as to, why, where etc.. is ok, but then in another box, it asks for a name and family name… so how am I supposed to know which name they want ?? Recipient’s or mine? And considering they already have a note of my recipient’s and my name… so it was a case of eenie, meenie, miney , mo…. and hope I picked the right one. Turns out I hadn’t and then super quickly had to cancel the transaction… all very confusing. So after cancelling I started the whole, process again,and hopefully I cancelled it in time before it got sent… I’m hoping now that MG will see fit refund me the first transaction as 2 lots of debits have now left my account.
Such stress and all for “convenience” of sending much needed funds to recipient. I wish that they left the easy to use previous website well alone, instead of overthinking the whole processes in small little letters and numerous attempts at completing the various Passcodes in such a weird way! I’m not at all impressed
I hope someone from MG reads this and takes note, as I guess I cannot be the only one who thinks this new website is not very user friendly
I’ve taken some screenshots in the hope that IF MG decide to get in touch they can see

Mia, the rep was awesome! She was very professional and pleasant to talk with! She was very sympathetic to my sister not able to pickup the money.We decided to cancel my transaction and when the pickup location in her town is back up for business, I will resend the money! Service OUT OF ORDER sind this weekend (1.8.2026 on)…
Since this weekend (1.8.2026 on) moneygram has a big service problem:
a) the app does not work: it says available in a few days, use desktop
b) when using desktop, the button to confirm the amount and to proceed is A WISH BUTTON - on desktop there exists only push-buttons, so transfer cannot be completet
When complaining, they do not understand their error and tell you it is your system (even when earlier all my transactions had no problems
THE IT MANAGER MUST BE FIRED or the quality manager

The virtual agent didn't leave after every question. And I actually left the page twice and it was still waiting for! Exceptionally stellar!!! So far, I have not come in contact with a human or a bot that does this. Moneygram did their homework on this one🫡
