Lenovo AIO is a real space saver.
The Lenovo AIO arrived quickly, was well packed, and soon up and running. Now I have a large area of unused desk space! It also has Windows 11, whereas all my other computers are Windows 10. I had to load Lotus Smart Suite, which I have used over many years; then retrieved all my work files from OneDrive. Excellent service and value for money, thank you Morgan for a bargain! Definitely 5+ stars! *****

I live in a shared flat above shops. As I was in and overlook the back gate I can confirm that they never tried to deliver to the back.
Still, post office not far away they have as a collection point so I elect to collect it from there.
Apparently they never delivered there, a collection point a mile and a half away in the backstreets is where my parcel ended up. And all the communications is telling me I have a parcel to collect from where I opted to collect from!
And I have to do all the running about for THEIR feckoop!
Now, I've not so recently been in an induced coma, having been "mostly dead" I can confirm I am no Dread Pirate Roberts. My recovery is slow and haphazard. Collecting from there damn near well killed me as it is just too far from transport links (I get out of breath quickly and have no real endurance) so yes, this was TOO Much.
So... Give DPD (Decidedly Pathetic Delivery?) a damn good earful for me.

£440 laptop needed £360 repair
Spent £440+ on a used Lenovo laptop - it was largely unusable, they ghosted me.
From the off, if left to idle, it would freeze, but it took me a little while to realise just how frequently it freezes, as it wasn't my main laptop. The problems also multiplied over a short period of time.
After 4 months I contacted them on socials. They told me to email. I emailed and said "I realise after 4 months this is a while, but have I got any options for repair/replacement?" - they totally ghosted me, twice. I checked - "I'm just checking the silence is your answer?" and the answer to that was... silence.
I took the laptop for repair at a local computer shop - one of the RAM sticks was dodgy (I'd paid extra for extra ram - the extra ram installed was the dodgy stick), and the SSD drive was dodgy.
Apparently they'd used the absolute absolute cheapest brand going, with a known high failure rate. £360 to repair - have I ended up with an £800 laptop at the end? Of course not. I should've junked it, but... Well I dunno.
Really disappointed. I purchased from them out of nostalgia as they were around 20+ years ago when I was just starting out. I bought my first laptop from them, with UK keyboard stickers stuck on a US layout laptop. Those were the days, hey.
Never again. Would've been a 1 star review, but... Actually, can't remember why I gave them 2 stars. Probably more nostalgia, TBH. Obviously, wouldn't buy from them again.

Exceeded expectations - great price with fast delivery
I ordered a refurbished Lenovo ThinkPad from Morgan Computers on Thursday night and the service has exceeded my expectations. I requested an upgrade to the laptop's HDD which the site advised would add a couple of days to the delivery time - perfectly understandable. Because of this, I added a note to let them know I would be away much of this week so asked them to hold on to it for a few days if it couldn't be delivered before I go so it's not left on my doorstep all week. Instead, they sped up their processing time to make sure it came before I leave - it arrived today (Monday).
The laptop is in great condition with all the specs, including the upgraded components, exactly as described. I haven't put it through its paces yet with any intensive data processing but the system info all looks as I expected and I'm using it to type this review while my Dropbox, OneDrive and Google Drive are all updating in the background so no reason to doubt its functionability. The price was very reasonable too.
I was initially hesitant about ordering from Morgan Computers as it's not a company I knew but I am very pleased that I did. I would not hesitate to buy from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a cost-effective laptop.

Lenovo ThinkStation P320 Tiny
The grade A1 Lenovo Tiny PC was in very good condition and sensibly priced. Bought to host the Home Assistant OS to control smart plugs and monitor solar panels, battery, etc. Note that the P320 Tiny motherboard graphics are limited to DisplayPort only (does not have HDMI). But a DisplayPort to HDMI adapter works just fine.
Product was as described, delivered by DPD on time. All in all, a good purchasing experience.

Fantastic bargain. A1 looks brand new, only lacking original packaging. High quality keyboard and mouse. All works out of the box. Great performance. The Google desktop/cloud environment works very easily at great speed.

I needed to upgrade to a windows 11 pc and decided to go for a laptop. HP are quality and this one fitted the requirements that I set. Excellent price, fast and compact, battery is a bit iffy but it is 6 years old.
Ideal for what I want it for, I have used Morgancomputers before and never had a problem.
For me it is an excellent service all round.
