I am happy to give Morgan Computers a 5 star rating. The company were recommended to me by Copilot. I purchased a Lenovo Thinkpad T14 Gen 1. The price was good and I feel reassured that I have a warranty. I have set everything up as I want it and am pleased with the performance of the laptop. My only concern was easily resolved. Some light marks on the lid did not respond to cleaning with 70% isopropyl alcohol. However, a light cleaning with a Magic Eraser sponge removed all marks. The machine looks pristine now for only 10 minutes work. Overall the service was excellent. Delivery was quick. Packaging was good and it came with a Lenovo charger. I would be pleased to buy again from Morgan Computers.

Choosing the best laptop for me.…
I looked at the variety of laptops online and spoke to an employee who was most helpful and helped me choose the best computer for my purposes. I am pleased with the machine which arrived very quickly, was well packed and looked new. A friend helped me set it up. I would have liked a book of instructions but maybe the company doesn’t send these out. I believe it is Windows 11 which is preventing me from operating the printouts easily. I will have to experiment for a bit longer. So far 5 stars to Morgan!

Very good experience, better than expected
I wanted to get myself an upgrade, and I prefer to get refurbished where I can. Morgan Computers was suggested to me and they had the exact model I wanted, with the right specs for a really good price compared to other places who didn't quite have the right one.
I had a few questions so I rang through, and spoke to a really helpful person named Darren. He was really approachable and super clear in his answers, and it really seemed like it was no trouble to him whatsoever to give me the information and guidance. Everything he said was upfront and transparent, including how the delivery would happen on the following Monday as I was ordering late on Thursday; and it arrived first thing Monday morning.
I actually rang back to get his name as I wanted to personally mention him!
Now, the laptop itself is in lovely condition, it was Grade A, and the battery health is 91% which is phenomenal for a refurbished machine. They guarantee the machine will run for at least 1 hour off battery for up to 12 months which is really handy to know, just check the battery health yourself on any machine you get it you wish to know exactly.
The laptop had the perfect specs I was after, and it's in really beautiful condition, no scuffs or marks. I appreciate luck may have been mildly on my side in terms of it's fantastic condition, but I'm really pleased and would definitely use Morgan Computers again. I've already recommended them to a colleague and a friend who require new tech and will happily do so again.
